I have recently returned myself for evaluation for either a root canal or extractions. I had an emergency that my dentist of 23 years would NOT fit me in for. The temp. crown that dentist put on came off & he would neither call in an antibio or fit me in for an x-ray to determine if I could keep the tooth or have it removed. They had previously referred me to an endodontist, but it would be a month until I could get in. Dr. Scott's front desk staff made me an appt for 2 weeks but kept me on a cancellation list & called me the next day. His front desk staff is FANTASTIC, & DR. Scott is very pleasant & has an amazing knowledge of meds & physiology. I recognized this due to my 35 years in medicine. I highly recommend him.In addition,his cash pricing is very reasonable!

Dr. Heitzmann found an issue that needed surgery to correct and scheduled the surgery but then later his staff told me that he cancelled it. He never talked with me directly about it and instead had his staff contact me to state he had lost "trust" whatever that meant and that I needed to find someone else to do the surgery. He seemed very nervous about the surgery when I met with him so perhaps he didn't trust his skills and ability in fixing the issue. I can only guess since he didn't show me the courtesy of reaching out personally and instead had his staff do it for him, and they provided no further details. I had to go to another doctor and pay for another consultation but luckily I found a highly skilled surgeon in Miramar that was very confident and performed excellent work. I cannot recommend Dr. Heitzmann, as his lack of courtesy and respect for patients is evident. When seeking medical care, choose a surgeon who embodies confidence, compassion, and consideration - qualities that Dr. Heitzmann did not demonstrate.

I never felt like I was drowning when the dentist was working on my teeth. (As someone who had braces/regular dental work... it's definitely a thing) All in all this place is was really cool. However instead of any work they performed an exam and took more expensive xrays then had the nerve to refer my daughter down the road to an dentist that does pediatric dentist. I didn't bring her here to just get another referral and pay them good money for a wasted trip.

I have suffered In pain and suffered financially because of ARZU ERSOY, DMD. Within a year of her placing crowns on my teeth, many teeth started hurting. Both of the fillings she put in my teeth fell out. The crowned teeth started hurting, In pain I went to a real Dentist and I was sent to an endodontist with abscessed teeth. She had put crowns on some of my teeth and they were not sealed properly and became abscessed due to not being sealed. Now, after Months of antibiotics and three oral surgeries, I'm still trying to save my teeth that she ruined. She put crowns on two of my back teeth and there was a gap after she finished. I ask why I had a gap there that was not there before, the WITCH then told me that I must have lost a tooth when I was young and the teeth had shifted to close the gap And to close the gap, I would need a bridge there. She said she could remove the crowns and do a bridge, but that I would have to pay for the crowns to be removed and two new crowns to put on to connect the bridge to close the gap. I asked her why I was not told about this before she put $3000 crowns on my teeth and she said if I would like to discuss it, I could come make an appointment and come back in and she would give me a discount of 25% on the new crowns. I left in total disbelief and crying. Please if you care about your mouth doctor not use her!
