We've been tenants for about 10 months now. It's kind of sad to see 2.5 stars in your home complex profile I've had way more great experiences than bad ones! We move ALOT! We come from the woodlands where everything is nice so finding this gem was nothing short of a miracle! I mean NO CARPETS! Top of the line amenities it's always clean. (At least aside from when PEOPLE DONT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS) but that not the complex fault. The staff has been great, they remember us, they're happy to help and answer any questions. The gate ALWAYS WORKS! Unless there's an outrage but they go above and beyond to prepare all tenants for all of this! The maintenance is incredible, super quick, respectful and kind! Even change your lightbulbs if you need it! I'm alone sometimes and I've never felt disrespected or as if I'm a bother when I need something fixed. It's safe, my children love to play in their balcony it's actually roomy enough for them to get some chalk and play outside! Don't get me wrong. I've complained about noise and I mean that's also not the complex fault! It's just the Inconsiderate people that don't have any respect for others. I mean if you want to party or rearrange your entire furniture or even play video games and scream at the top of your lungs don't do it at 3 am when others are sleeping. That's not good apartment community behavior. The staff has handled everything in a timely manner and also in a profesional one. For those complaining about the pool and bringing extra people I mean cmon if you had a pool would you like random people coming Into your yard to use your things. Come take a tour, come see for yourself, nothing is ever perfect. But not everything is horrible like some make it seem! read more

Don't move here! GOOGLE won't allow me to upload the photos of the filthy elevator and how I almost slipped, so perhaps, I will get a tech individual to assist me. My apartment has been infiltrated with gnats, ants, and roaches, and I moved in a few days prior to September 2025. I am now escalating this to Harris County Environmental Public Health / Neighborhood Nuisance, in addition to the Texas Department of State Health Services's Public Health Sanitation. The so-called General Manager, Stephanie Sellars, is a complete joke. I almost slipped on trash in the hallway in front of my own doorstep due to the filthy neighbors. They do nothing to adhere to their own lease agreement. Perhaps, enforcing this in court will be my the next steps. I have photographs to substantiate each statement. It's ridiculous. It's mentally draining, and it's time a court steps in because taking my time out of the day when I finally decide to address the same issues over and over takes its toll, and they should be liable. Also, the resident parking garage often resembles a mechanic shop rather than a residential parking garage, with cars and large trucks regularly being repaired there. This creates unnecessary safety concerns, including the potential for oil spills, debris, and other hazards. As an example, on Friday, July 10, 2026, I reported a vehicle that was elevated while repairs were being performed. Although I was advised the matter had been addressed, the vehicle remained in that condition more than four hours later. Also, look at how the toilet is situated. I have been subjected to using the guest bathroom, never using the jacuzzi tub since moving in almost a year ago; however, when I mentioned this to the Towers of Seabrook Manager, Stephanie Sellars, she chuckled and stated, "They're all built the same, and why would they single out my apartment." I have bumped my funny bone twice as a result of this defective and unusable toilet, as the toilet also extends well beyond the toilet paper holder, so it's impossible to place it on its holder and pull from it while sitting on the toilet. Moreover, look at how my bedroom door obstructs the entrance to the bathroom. I have to close my bedroom door just to gain full access to the bathroom. As I continue organizing my binders of photographs and documentation supporting the concerns described in this review, I also plan to visit the corporate office in person to discuss these issues. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could honestly give 0 stars about this place I would. It is an every week occurrence in the complex that the elevator in building number 10 goes down. After numerous calls to the leasing office the same excuse gets repeated " it's electronic and it goes down, it's an amenity". We pay for services of amenities per the leasing contract. This leasing office doesn't understand the definition of an amenity- "it's to provide convenience" if I wanted to walk up 4 flights of stairs I would have picked a cheap run down complex instead of a "luxury" hell hole. Trying to get someone to come PICK UP BROKEN GLASS off the 1st and ground level of the staircase/steps is a pain in the ass -After the trash company comes to pick and throw trash from each level at 11:30pm when it's supposed to be picked up between 6-8pm (if it even gets picked up) Oh and don't think they will reduce fee's because of these problems. They only care about you until you sign the lease . Don't ever submit a claim with them because nothing will be done about it. To the rude, snotty ass that answered the phone this morning- learn some customer service skills. You guys sure do set high standards for management and leasing staff- absolutely bullshit! We were one of the first few residents that moved in when Building #9 was finished. It took awhile for us to FINALLY move in from our original start date due to the construction of the building, but finally we made it... 4 months later! They also welcomed us into our new apartment with wine (DELICIOUS, I NEED TO KNOW THE SOURCE), and a cute little corkscrew set! Living at The Towers of Seabrook was amazing. From the beautiful leasing office to the lavish infinity pool outside, and the Starbucks coffee machine they have to serve-- you are immediately sold. First, I'm going to introduce you to all the beautiful features of the apartment that were my favorite: I love the black, stained cement flooring adorned throughout the apartment, the stainless steel appliances (the holy trinity: fridge, microwave, and dishwasher), the mosaic/marble tiles to make the bathroom feel more lavish, sleek under-light cabinets, and the 9-10 foot ceiling! Next, I love the valet trash service that is provided. I never have to worry about throwing away my trash in the dumpster, and if I do, it's a short walk! Cons: neighbors do not have respect for this beautiful living space. It's a community, so pleaseeee pick up after your pets. Neighbors will throw pool parties, and bring their whole gang. It's fine, but you don't need to act like drunkard idiots, when kids live here too! Since the pool is central, YES, WE CAN SEE EVERYTHING. Have some respect for your neighbors, pick up after yourself and your pups, and drive slowly!! read more

This is my first Yelp review and for a very good reason. I am going to be as honest as possible here so if you are looking to move in please read this first!! Living here has been the worst living experience ever. I came with very high hopes because the place does look good! But let me explain why with pros and cons. Pros: big pool. Place looks like it's supposed to be luxury. Wine bottle when you move in. Cons: management is absolutely awful. Mechanic doesn't really know what they are doing. Car spot always gets taken. Ac only works for the longest 4 days in a row. Fridge broke 2 times and had to replace it once. Leading to a wasted 1200 in food and meats. Super super thin walls and ceilings. Terrible neighbors for the most part. You will hear every foot step and every laugh and cry. From the sides and above you.. I could go on with the cons but I want to get to the important part. So me and my roommate moved in here thinking it was "luxury" boy were we wrong. We got a 17 month lease. And guys. Our AC has been broken ever since we moved in 16 MONTHS AGO!!! You heard that right. We have one month left. And our AC is still broke. The longest we have had working AC is 3-4 days. Maintenance says there is a leak but don't know how to fix it? So our apartment sits at a nice 79° on a good day. Imagine sleeping in that for MONTHS! The neighbors sweep there dog poop on our balcony and the roof.(live on first floor). If you have any issue the office will not do anything about it. You have my word on that. They best they can do is blame you! So please guys do not give this place your hard earned money. You could live somewhere so much more comfortable. My last apartment I was on the 1st floor and I didn't hear a footstep not one time. Here the floors are so thin you can hear a tissue hit the floor. No kidding. Our fridge also completely broke 2 times and 1 of the times costed a fortune because it was Christmas and it went out. Woke up to the smell of decaying meat and foods!!!! Imagine cleaning that up on Christmas and loosing 1200 in food and deer meat and being told oh well we will replace it if you clean it. Even with the new fridge the ice still smells like the bottom of a shoe! There really is not any good about this place. It takes a lot to keep it looking clean. Always finding a reason to charge for something every month and wait till you get ready to move out because then comes the real unfairness of the relationship between you as a renter and them as the landlord holding all the cards with all the small fine print cost us nearly $3000 to get out of the lease and that was after fulfilling in that we did not move out early. If I could give this company 0 or even -5 stars I would. I would not recommend leasing with this company based on the level of customer service and how they do business. I was at the towers of Seabrook for almost 2 years. After my first year they raised my rent up $150 dollars with no justification other than keeping up with market prices. The property looked like shit other than the front area for potential tenant attraction. One of my neighbors who lived there longer, her rent only went up $35 dollars. I renewed anyway because it was 5 minutes from work then. unfortunately due to the impacts of Covid on my company I was laid off shortly after renewal. I fell on hard times near the end of my lease as a result . As Covid impacted everyone and everything it was hard to find work. Even for someone with my qualifications. I made some late rent payments while trying to stay afloat but it was always paid in full. As my lease was coming to an end I turned my 60 days notice to vacate in a little late as I was scrambling trying to find a new job still and figure out where I was going to live, what about my dogs, etc... I couldn't afford to live there anymore and I had ran my savings out paying all the bills for the almost year of being laid off. I tried to work out a payment plan with the office as I only had 2 months left. However they were not willing to work with me. Stephanie (property manager) and Marie (accounting/assistant property manager) instead of being kind and understanding, the attitude towards me came out and I was treated like a piece of shit. I was making every attempt to find a solution being there was only 2 months left and I didn't want a broken lease on my credit. Sure enough it got to the eviction point. I was new to this, I've never had an eviction in my life. So the day before we are supposed to go to court, Marie calls me and stated that if I get all my stuff and get out by end of next day (5:30PM) and turn in the keys then it will be considered a broken lease. They charged me the month to month price ($2000) for last months rent since I failed to turn in my 60 days notice right on time, $150 dollar cleaning fee, and late fee for rent since it was late) and then back charged me the 4 weeks free I got for renewing my lease initially also. So my balance is $4,186.92 I found out. Fast forward to July 19th 2023: I'm back on my and I call to pay off the balance as it's preventing me from getting another apartment. I call the towers of Seabrook because my credit has been increasing substantially over the last few months and nothing from the towers has popped up. However I knew I had a balance owed before I could rent anywhere else. With that being said, I called and Stephanie answered and I asked her if I could pay off my balance at which she said she "would have to look because it's been a few months so it's probably already in collections, let her check". She confirmed it was already in collections. I asked for the number to collections and she stated she couldn't give it to me because they were switching collection agencies and she doesn't have the info for the new company yet. She stated "Even if she did have it, it wouldn't do me any good because they haven't turned in the paperwork yet regarding my broken lease" but ironically it shows up on my rental history when another apartment checks it. I explained I wanted to take care of my balance and that it's preventing me from renting elsewhere. she told me "it couldn't be done until they fully transition to the new collections agency. And she doesn't know what to tell me. I should have paid it at the time of move out". I told her I wasn't able to pay in full at the time due to financial constraint. Which was the reason I had to break my lease and move out in the first place. And how I didn't appreciate the comment. Then she hung up on me. She called back and magically found the number to the collection agency. Collections stated they don't have anything on me so I can't pay a balance owed. I've lived here since February of this year (2017) and my husband moved in after our wedding in April. We have had a good overall experience. When I moved in, the staff was extremely helpful in dealing with large deliveries (furniture, washer/dryer, etc.) They continue to be nothing but pleasant, helpful, and cheerful anytime I visit the office or see them around the complex. My number one complaint is rowdy and/or disrespectful neighbors (thankfully not in my building, more so at the pool and other public areas) and as far as I can tell, the office staff has done everything in their power to curb people being annoying and disrespectful of their neighbors. Which brings me to the fact that, since I've lived here, I've had three years packages (two LARGE boxes containing chairs from West Elm and a pair of shoes) go missing after they were delivered. This has nothing to do with the management here - classless, dishonest people live everywhere - and in fact, the staff at The Towers have sent out NUMEROUS emails detailing basic neighborly etiquette (i.e., no thong swimsuits at the pool, don't drive 45 mph through the complex, pick up after your dog, etc.) A nice gesture that I really appreciate. My suggestion at ANY apartment complex would be to detail on your delivery that you want your package delivered to the front office if possible. Maintenance has always been on time and helpful for us. I really love all the fun activities that the staff organizes - wine/paint night, pizza and beer, food truck Wednesdays, handing out breakfast bags (in the rain!) one morning, pool parties with a DJ and chick-fil-a...pretty cool. Oh, also! Drycleaning services by Pilgrim cleaners! Hallelujah. All in all, I'm extremely happy and look forward to calling The Towers "home" for a while! read more

During hurricane Nicholas my apartment flooded through my bedroom window. Water covered the floor of my closet and over half my bedroom. The floor and wall experienced water damage and despite bringing this to the attention of management it took over two weeks for my floor to be replaced and even then it was only half replaced and did not cover the entirety of the area that had water damage. Management then took another 2 weeks so four weeks in total to do anything about the water damaged wall which I suspect had mold growth underneath by then. In this time I have also gotten an ant infestation from the window and wall that took on water. Management has been beyond difficult and unwilling to work with me. My lease ends at the end of October. I asked if moving apartments, paying for a hotel or ending my lease early would be possible since my current apartment is NOT in livable condition especially during repairs. They insisted all the repairs would take one day which was a complete lie. They supposedly sprayed Friday which I do not believe was true considering I have ants swarming my entire apartment. I'm now being forced to stay in an apartment that is under construction with dust, debris and ants EVERYWHERE. On top of all this the elevator here smells like dog pee and poop constantly due to people allowing their dogs to use it as a bathroom and management refusing to take care of the issue. Look closely at the tiles in the elevator and you will see yellow in every crevice from the dog pee. It's unsanitary and completely unacceptable. You can't have anything on the balcony they will charge you and take pictures (only what they think is patio furniture and only gas grills). 2. If you call to complain about noise nothing is done. If you get something stolen, call the police no one will help you. 3. the females in the office are rude and God forbid you challenge them on anything like I did (and get your money back) they will PUT YOU ON THEIR shit LIST, & give you a difficult time whenever the opportunity presents itself! Ohhhhh and they will ignore your request because baby you're on the shit list 4. The Gate NEVER WORKS Properly 5. RENT WILL INCREASE every time your lease is over no exception (Look forward to a ridiculous service fee when paying online too). 6. Pros: looks modern, gym has new equipment, nice pool, food trucks and events services, "maintenance group"are very nice people and seems like the men have better attitudes they need to run the place in my opinion! So to everyone out there looking I know, I know, you will say "but it looks so nice and the amenities"! I saw reviews too and I wish I listened but sometimes you have to find out the hard way! Well sisters and brothers I'm telling you take your money else where. Like The the old saying goes not everything that glitters is gold!!!!! I've lived at the towers for a year now, the management has changed three times in a year. Right now they don't even have a manager. They are constantly making new rules like "no ice chests" at the pool. When asked can we bring a cooler filled with meat to grill? they said you have to walk all the way back to your apartment to get the food along with beer exc. no coolers allowed. There's constantly car break-ins and tailgates being stolen. The place looks classy but it's really trashy. If you're new to the area, check out village on the lake apartments, that's where everyone moves after living here. Less money, garages, and three pools! I'd give the towers a 0/5 but it won't let me. 6 months ago, I posted saying the management, but meant maintenance crew. They do a nice job of keeping the grass cut. But now there's a huge issue with dog poop everywhere. We moved in March 2017 and everything was smooth as silk. There were no surprises. The office staff has been extremely helpful with some faxing needs that we had. They are always doing brunches, pool parties and soon, a paint class. The maintenance department is wonderful. Those guys seem like they start at 7:00 picking up trash on property and I see them late into the evening. Sometimes I even see them on weekends. We love living here and although some people might not care for this property, there is a ton of people that do. Too bad those people won't take just a moment to tell everyone how nice it is. Ok, I am going to try my best to be "unbiased" but you know how this goes.... I have been a resident here for about 8 months now and it has been a mixed bag of marbles. I was initially excited by the warm greeting, the seeming willingness to please of the staff and the beautiful/new housing. I even had to make some last minute changes to my lease and move in sooner-and surely the staff helped. But sometimes things change from signing day to moving day.... Here are some of the Pros: -Fairly new building (built in 2015ish) -Pool is open all year round -Activities hosted by the staff for the residents often -Tanning beds (I clearly don't need this, but some like it) -Luxury furnishings -Packages can be held at the front desk for you* -Online rent payments* -Gated access* Oh, the Cons.... yep, they are some bad ones! -Location-There is NOTHING around the apartments that match. You drive out to a feeder into the highway and the shops surrounding look dilapidated -Good luck getting a trash bin for valet pickup that you PAY for when you move in. If you put your own outside your door, it will magically disappear or your neighbors will put their dog poops in it. -Packages- you are better off going to pick them up from the carrier service if they do not fit in the keyed boxes. I had a beautiful rug delivered and it took me 3 days to find it. I asked the office about it and was told that they didn't know anything about a rug. Guess where it was? In the maintenance shop. Apparently, they don't check the packages they sign for or where they are stored. -You can pay your rent online but there is a horrible service charge/percentage for using the convenience. -As one of the other residents have said, there is animal stuff everywhere! I live in the same building as one of the earlier residents and it's true. Even after several emails and "warnings" there is animal stuff everywhere. I went for a run the other morning and was sickened to see so many piles of poop from building 3 all the way around. I guess no one walks the grounds. -And do not be shocked to come home to find someone in your assigned parking spot. It has happened to me and a few neighbors more than once each. -Noise is a problem here. I am a loud talker, so I am sure my neighbors are tired of my big mouth when my sister calls, but the person above me with these massive dogs is getting ridiculous! Overall, it is a nice looking place and could be a great place to live. But the value for the price leaves a LOT to be desired. If you are looking for a luxury apartment and don't mind anything else, this might be a good spot for you. I am to the point where I am just riding out my last 4 months. read more

I've been a resident since 2016. Here's a list of my pros and cons. Pros: -Nice, modern build with a lot of nice features, the pool is beautiful and the gym is open 24 hours a day. -Elevator access. -Activities hosted by the complex regularly. -Gated access.** -Front office can hold packages for you (sometimes). Cons: -The staff. Whenever you're dropping off rent, they're cordial and polite, but if you bring up an issue or have a complaint on your door, they become incredibly rude and unprofessional. They're petty, and your mileage may vary depending on their mood. -Online pay. You'd think most complexes would be more than willing to have tenants pay online. Well you can here, but expect a pretty sizeable fee to go along with your rent. -Gated access, which only works when it feels like it. There was a long phase where fobs would not work, or the battery would die out. In three years I've had to replace mine three times, each time with the staff being catty and blaming me for it (maybe invest in better fobs next time instead of blaming the tenant). The gates have been damaged several times, but they eventually get repaired. -Policies. Imagine your car getting towed and not getting any notice or warning, then having the staff blame YOU for not doing anything about it, but if you put out a trash can early they're more than eager to fine you $50 and hand deliver a letter to your door the next morning. But hey, your neighbor can have a cluttered patio full of furniture and they won't bat a lash. You're always at fault, it's never the management or front office's fault. Ever. -Trash valet. Like I mentioned before, the management are anal-retentive about trash cans (which can't be viewed from the outside of the building) being out any other time aside two hours out of the day. If your apartment is tucked in, or near an elevator, you need to place it farther out so they'll pick it up. Bad weather? Too bad, they won't pick up. -Location. It's out of the way, and there is absolutely nothing around the complex. Overall, the apartments themselves are really nice but the staff aren't. read more

It's extremely strange to pay an exorbitant amount of rent and be treated like trash. My friend brought 5 friends to the pool, we were super low key, pool was not packed, we were grilling burgers and the management told us they we're calling the police on us for trespassing. A man had his family staying with him and he was a veteran in town for the weekend and she threatened them as well. I don't know who would want to pay 1200-2000 a month to be threatened to have the police called on them for simply enjoying a holiday with their family and friends. If people were violating the rules or other peoples personal space or ruining their fun I would understand. We bothered no one, our friend has lived here for a year and we were grilling burgers and swimming and being quiet and had the police called on us. As a young adult holidays and weekends are meant to be shared enjoying time with friends and family if I can't do that in the place I work hard and pay a large rent to live , then I would not want to sign a lease at a place like that. read more

I have been in contact with Stephanie about living here since the summer. Both she and Kristen have helped me with finding the right place for me and my service dog Robley. I will say the staff here is just as amazing as the amenities. Moving is problematic enough in itself but here is was like putting butter on a warm biscuit. Love these apartments for the maintenance team, office workers, low amounts of noise from out side apartments, and the fact they're excluded from any main neighborhoods or other apartments. Any problem I've had is taken care of promptly. YES IVE HAD DOG PISS ON THE PATIO... but they can't control every person everyday. It was handled and hasn't happened again. ---Improvements I would say are needed would be.... 1. The Gates are the main reason we chose here. They stay broken and left open atleast 25 percent of the time.. I understand this has a only been an issue because of half awake/ intoxicated people are hitting them but all a thief needs is one night to steal a few tail gates, tires, rims etc.. 2. The drainage is fair. I know the area around us is a swamp and the apartment cars never flooded during Harvey which is awesome. But one good rain should entitle that the sprinkler system be turned off for a few days. Gets really muddy after a few people walk in the same spot. Maybe some extra French drains? 3. Gym life is rough. If your a gym user check out the apartment around 4-7. It gets pretty packed and I can understand why. For the most part everyone here is pretty well off and busy bees in life. I would say a large amount (close to 50% of tenants) work out every day. It's a zoo in there. I'd keep a membership somewhere else. Can't really compare this place to anywhere else in the area. I absolutely LOVE these apartments. Bridget is awesome, as well as the rest of the front office staff. Alan the maintenance guy is an absolutely amazing guy. You can call that man at 10pm and he'll come help you out. Always with a good attitude, never negative. He's been extremely helpful for my fiancé because I travel so much, he helps fix leaks, fix the dish washer, even something as small as changing the light bulb he's always striving to help. I'm not the only one here who feels that way, anyone who has had Alan's help can testify to what I'm saying. Thankyou Towers for an amazing living experience, and Thankyou for giving our first home the best experience we could hope for. If you are looking for a wonderful, safe, and friendly environment to live in, the Towers are the place for you. Have been a resident for over a year. I enjoy living here. I had a few issues early but the new staff and leadership are amazing. They are responsive and helpful. After a long day of moving and driving an hour back to The Towers, Allen with maintenance, came out after 8pm to let me in my apartment since I had left the key at the the new place an hour away.
