Galina office manager is the best and the doctors are very sweet. Been going here for a long time now and feels like family when I walk inside. They are very caring and if there is any bad news about your health they are very understanding and help you be calm it's nice. read more

Went for blood work. lady at front desk turned my question into an argument when I asked why they couldn't give me a copy of lab results. She would not give me an answer, just very condescending.when i asked for her supervisor she said she didn't have a boss. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also when you see a mix of one and five stars reviews like this where the five stars sound like the owners, it's a sign to stay away. read more

Horrible. The nurse mid wife assumes because you're there for an ObGyn visit that you want an abortion!!! I am pro-choice and felt honestly disgusted with this place!!! Trying to push an abortion on me & saying all the negatives about having a child! Did I ask you????? Okay, so there is usually quite a long wait. However, I am always seen on the same day if I'm having an issue. They are incredibly responsive and caring. After my checkup I get time with the nurse and we go over all of my results. I sometimes think of going to another gyn but honestly it's hard to find good medical care and they're good here. read more

WARNING: THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE DOLLARS Some pros: the doctors, NP's and midwives are very attentive and detail oriented. Cons: The FNP that i developed a great rapport with unfortunately left. I was seeing her primarily for OB/GYN. While I was unaware of her leaving, my birth control prescription finished. I had only visited her for my annual a month prior to it expiring. Upon requesting a renewal through the pharmacy I was told I had to contact the office. OK! No biggie! Called the office and the office manager tells me I must "make an appointment just to have my prescription renewed" and the next available appointment was a week later. When questioned why, after I have already visited recently the office manager said "it's under the new doctors policy." Complete Lie! All the NP's and midwives were and is still currently working under Dr. Tsapok. There I was two weeks without my BC. I wonder if they would've done the same for a hypertensive or diabetic patient. This office (unlike others) charge you for every single visit including getting your results. They're system is very outdated. Most places offers your labs through an online portal FOR FREE. Of course if there's any abnormalities they would have you follow up. Not this place! I caught them trying to charge me for an annual exam which should be free. If I wasn't adamant and ready to call my insurance they would've went through with the charge. The office management is money hungry. I can go on and on about the poor encounters I've had with the front desk. Not to mention they over book so you can expect to wait hours before being seen. Their medical assistants are poorly trained documenting false vital signs. The list goes on. Remember your healthcare insurance is equated to money! Invest in a practice who strives for complete excellence. I only stuck with them because of convenience. I will be transferring back to the city. read more

What do you think a reasonable "wait" is? Five minutes? Ten minutes? Twenty minutes? You should be aiming to wait here to be seen for 45 min to one hour or more. The staff is extremely professional and polite. They just need to work on the wait time of the Patients. There is no parking near this location. You have find street parking or park in a parking lot near here. It's near the outlets, ferry and the 120 precinct. They have another location on 2222 Hylan Boulevard. Not a place to go for health care services if you're serious about your health. It's next to a popular steak shack and shares the medical office with a gynecologist. Not a particularly good thing if you've seen the types of women who get such services at that office. Don't put your Healthcare in the hands of this Doctor. You've been warned. I've been here a few times already and it's actually a great office. The GYN there took her time to get to know me and was very nice and understanding.. I have been to ALOT of medical offices in Queens and Staten island and this is by far the best I've seen. The workers are lovely and have great personalities. They take the time to make sure you're feeling good and that's what makes this place so good!! Made this place my primary and I plan on continuing to come... :) read more

This place is the worst. They giving you midwife when I make my appointment for a GYN. They adding more than the normal for yearly checkup so you have to pay the co-pay and charge $3.39 to use your card. When I called my insurance and they start telling me all these act they perform. I asked the lady what yearly GYN checkup called for those procedures. Shame on this place. One day all these insurances will catchup on this place. read more

Started using this office over a year ago for primary/gynecologist they are all very nice! The parking sucks but I usually double park out front and they have one of the girls watch my car. I'm usually there for over an hour because they wind up doing every test possible which is fine better safe than sorry ! Convenient that they have ultrasound and phlebotomist on staff and can get everything done in one place! def recommend ! read more
