    Bay Grooming!
    Edith C.

I have been taking my fluffmaster here for the last year or so. Im always happy with the service and price. The establishment is well kept and clean. The owner is a sweetheart and is great with my fluffy. ( well his not fluffy any more cuz i had to get his long lock trimmed :) ) He does extremly well with her and behaves. The price is reasonable $40buck to fumigate him, skin treatment, hair cut and nail trims she even cares for his cute little ears. She took care of his rashes which i was so grateful for. Will definately be a long time customer. NOt going anywhere else. Definately recommend to any one looking for a proffesional and personal touch BAy PEt GRooming is the place you want to go to. Location is definately ideal for me. Its a five minute drive. i love the fact that i can just drop my fluff and run errands until she calls to inform me my fluffy is done. awww thats just pefect. I can leave in peace knowing my little love one in in very good hands. You can definately see the passion in her work and know she enjoys what shes doing. I love coming to her and knowing im getting more then i paid for. WAlking are welcome that how i found "BAy pet Grooming"!!!! 5 STars all the way!!!!

Awesome bath and fur work at Bay Pet Grooming.

Brought in our 7lb stinky pom for a bath, fur cut and nail trimming and he came out as a great smelling and good looking short-haired fawn looking creature. Exactly what I wanted. The owners are an older couple who really loves dogs (could tell from the 2 dogs that they own that hang out in the facility who are both well-behaved and groomed). They really did an awesome job and will come back here next time.

They were able to take my baby with a full groom and my other baby for a nail trim as a walk in.

This is by far the best groomer in the South Bay! Not only were they able to take my baby with a full groom and my other baby for a nail trim as a walk in but their prices are more than reasonable! They did exactly what I asked for and I found my new groomer from now on! I wish I could give them a hundred stars and hope they stay in business for a long time!

Highly recommend to any pet owner. They've been great with Tango. Always accommodating is for any last minute appointment and always do a great job with his cuts. A++

After recently moving to the area, I needed to find a new groomer for my dog, and as the owner of a…read moresenior pup, I was definitely a little nervous. My dog is 15 years old and still has plenty of spirit, but his hearing and vision aren't what they used to be. I always worry about him feeling scared or overwhelmed when I leave him somewhere new. From the moment I picked him up, I could tell he was in great hands. He looked absolutely adorable--clean, perfectly groomed, and somehow even cuter than usual. But what really stood out to me was the extra care the staff took with him because of his age. When I arrived, they explained that they took their time with him and used a special crate dryer instead of rushing the process, specifically to keep him comfortable and safe. As a pet parent, that level of thoughtfulness means everything. It's clear they understand that senior dogs have different needs and are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate them. Finding a groomer you trust can be stressful, especially when your dog is older, but I left feeling so grateful that I found this place. The kindness and attention they showed my little guy did not go unnoticed. We'll definitely be back.

His face and body turned out great but his butt and tail, which were areas I specifically asked to focus on, were not. His butt was uneven (left cheek was shaved down, looked neat while right cheek still had a huge chunk of hair) and his tail looked untouched. I didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. I texted the salon back immediately and sent pictures. They offered to fix it if I brought him back but we didn't have time for that. After multiple back and forth with the manager, Paulina, the only resolution they continued to offer was 10% off of a future visit. After this experience, there won't be a future visit so that's not much of a resolution. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

This is my first review, but I had to share how amazing this place was for me and my cat!…read more It was my first time bringing my cat here, and I will definitely be coming back. I called ahead to ask if they take cats, and the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and reassured me that my cat would be well taken care of. My cat, Kiwi, is a very chilled cat but she has asthma and is afraid of water. The staff did a great job handling her and kept me updated throughout the process sending me messages and pictures, which I really appreciated. They let me know she did well overall, even though she got nervous during her bath, they handled her with care the entire time. The service took about two hours, which I liked because they didn't rush and made sure she was comfortable. They even gave her breaks and treats. I also appreciated that they air-dry cats instead of using a blow dryer. I also appreciate how they keep the cats separated from the dogs, unlike PetSmart. The pricing is on the pricier side, but it makes sense for the level of care they provide. My total came out to about $100 because my cat needed extra assistance during her bath, plus an additional $5 for teeth cleaning, which is not included in the base service, you have to request that. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning!

I searched for a long time before finding a groomer that offers such detailed, gentle, and attentive care at a reasonable price. Many other salons were charging well over 15% more for similar services. They also always do the cutest themed photoshoot at the end of each groom (the theme changes monthly!), and some months they even offer paw art using your pup's paw to create a keepsake. Nail polish is available too, which is such a fun touch! Highly recommend Kayleigh and her team!

We enrolled our Shih Tzu Ginger for puppy training course of 8 sessions and we are very satisfied!…read moreShe is the first dog I've owned as an adult for myself past my childhood family dogs when I was younger. We got her at 3 months and I thought that enrolling her in a puppy school would be great for her manners as she grows up. She didn't really have any behavior problems that stood out to us aside from all the normal puppy hyper mayhem zoomies, teething and impatient-ness--since she was figuring out how to be a dog herself too. She started school at 4 months and now she's done at 7 months. We are very busy, and we could only bring her in once a week and it still worked out! Even with a month pause in between because of her spay procedure. You won't regret enrolling your pup in their program because the trainer really understands dog language--a dog whisperer for sure. That being said, it comes with work from home too, so be prepared to hear tips and tricks to do at home. There will be blunt advice, but don't take anything personally. They're seeing it from an outside perspective, and you're seeing your pup as your kid. You're there to make your pup have great manners, the dream dog that you want to have, so you'll have to do discipline. They come as strict, but for the reason being that they know you'll be softer at home. So they're laying strong foundation for your pup. Ginger started with not wanting to walk on a leash, to being very well-mannered on a leash! With dogs barking in the background too. She also learned how to wait, how to get on a point, and how to "drop it." We only had to do an 8 session course. See her progress through January-March! Thank you Torrance Grooming and Training! I heard they also do great grooming, so we will probably try it out sometime too :).
