Instead of checking or asking, the staff just returned them without even reaching out -- including some pre-orders that I now can't reorder. What's frustrating is that this has never been an issue before. The usual staff have always been great, attentive, and helpful. But lately, since the older lady started handling things, it's been a different experience -- less communication and more issues with returned packages. I'd just recommend keeping an eye on this if you're expecting packages here. A simple confirmation or courtesy call could save a lot of trouble for customers.

She reassured us that she could create a very good itinerary, and that if her staff listed hotels that we didn't approve of, we could trade them for the accommodations we preferred. Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing! We called Biksee and texted her, requesting that she get back to us but she never returned our call or text. WE DO NOT recommend using Signature Travel and Tours.
