Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Better to pay in cash and not get hit with card fees. Their sangria is very tasty! Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

The food is out of this world, it truly tastes like home made food, the flavoring of every dish is superb. There is not one item on the menu that I don't like. They have the best vodka sauce in the world and their consistency is fantastic. I've eaten here over 15 times already and each time is as good as the last. The portion sizes are huge so you can absolutely share a pasta dish. I strongly recommend doing the following. Get their espresso martini it's truly amazing, for the appetizer do the clams, get the SPAGHETTI ALL'AMATRICIANA, with the calis chicken Parm. For dessert either get the Italian cheesecake or bread pudding with a cappuccino. The servers and staff are incredible. Every night we go they are so friendly, personal and give great recommendations. They always thank you for coming to their restaurant, the owner who's the head chef, is the nicest guy in the world, every-time we eat there he asks us how the food tastes. It's a beautiful cozy restaurant with artwork of Brooklyn and Italian imagery just a great ambiance of the restaurant. I strongly recommend this place, it's a true gem and a must on anybody's list of places to eat at.

I was set on going and immediately knew I would head straight to Amuni upon arrival for a good lunch. The street fair was fun and I walked many steps, but my highlight was the food at Amuni. Mini Panelle Sandwiches, Sfingione (with or without anchovies), Octopus, Arancini and fresh Limonata were some of the specials. I had a mini Panelle Sandwich, Sfingione with Anchovies and a fresh Limonate (lemonade). If these foods sound foreign, it's because this is authentic Sicilian food. Delicious and comforting. Everything was excellent--- I didn't expect otherwise. I had the pleasure of seeing chef/owner Vincent again who is always so pleasant and welcoming. We ate indoors in the cozy space. Since I am half Sicilian, I am appreciative to enjoy food that brings back memories of my childhood. Amuni accomplishes that for me. Solid gold.

Walking in, we were greeted by the friendliest man - I assume he was the owner! We sat outside in the back which was a cute patio with tables of varying sizes, though there were a few tables inside as well. Everything on the menu looked so good, we ended up ordering way too much food. Not a bad problem to have though, we just took the leftovers to go! My husband looooves sardines, so he really enjoyed the sandwich, even though it was a little less up my alley. The fried artichokes were also really good, would echo the recommendation of everyone else! The Calabrian chili pizza was delicious and had a great kick.. and that pasta al forno was very flavorful! Prices were very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend!

I had a two ounce pour of Weller Full Proof for $24. Our party offered a three course menu. I started with a legendary hot antipasto plate including baked clams, stuffed shrimp, fried calamari, and eggplant rollatini. I'm still shocked all these were offered on one plate. I particularly enjoyed the three seafood offerings. I'd definitely recommend it if it's available on the standard dining menu. For my main course, I opted for the chicken parmigiana. It came with a side of string beans, carrots, and mashed potatoes. We had the cheesecake for dessert.
