Then I was charged an extra 100.00 to "widen the field of view" which for 700.00 I expected to get. So now I have expensive progressive lenses that have the focal point of a pencil eraser head. Turn head in any direction and it's all a blur. I've worn progressives for 25 years, and these are the worst pair ever. And you can't get you money back. Two stars only because staff was pretty good about it. Otherwise, spend a little more and go to a more professional optician and make sure you get a "full field of view". Should be standard on any pair, certainly not 100.00 extra, and still not full view.

When I went to look for frames instead of the usual questions what style are you looking for what shape ETC. I was told the cheaper ones are on the left and they get more expensive when you move to the right. After I picked out the frames I sat at the table and was asked" What lens do you want"? Uh I don't know what kind do you have? I said I guess just go with what I already have. When the glasses were ready I went in, I was handed the glasses and a card while I was standing by the door. " Can you read this?" I said yes . I was told Ok good if you have any problems come back. Within a few minutes I realized that my reading area was very small and any movement of my head caused blurriness. I went right back. I was brought to the table by one of the regular staff. I explained my issue. She said that the reading area would be smaller because the new frames were narrower than my old ones plus the new frames have no nose piece and that affects the way they sit. I asked her don't you think that I should have been told to me while I was picking out frames. She replied Yes but she wasn't here and that they do not give refunds. They especially don't if insurance was involved. So bottom line is I paid $500.000 dollars for a pair of glasses that I can use as a spare. I have to wait a year before I can get ones that will work correctly and I need to find a new eye Dr. The Doctor is great her staff is not. Very disappointing.

My four children were patients at Sebastian Smiles Pediatric Dentistry from 2018-2025. However, In October 2025, I was told, only because I called the office, that my 14 year old child with special needs would no longer be seen, due to the doctor's internal policy change affecting patients age 14+ covered under our insurance. According to the office, they would still accept our insurance but the doctor would no longer treat patients ages 14 and older even though the coverage is covered through age 18. No advance notice was provided. This was especially concerning because Dr. King had already referred my child for orthodontic treatment, which we followed and paid for. Orthodontic treatment requires ongoing dental care, yet my child was dropped from receiving dental services he was already scheduled for. My request to continue as a self-pay patient was also declined. No transition of care was offered, no referral, no guidance, and no assistance locating another pediatric dentist experienced with special-needs patients. His appointment was just cancelled. Discontinuing care for a minor with disabilities, in the middle of care and without notice or transition planning, raises serious concerns about access, accommodation, and adherence to professional standards, particularly for children enrolled in a state health coverage program.

Instead against my better judgement I paid it, but they just gave up the next 3 years of my boys getting their teeth taking care of there. (Thousands of dollars in revenue) All this over 100$.
