That Platelet Tech is your primary contact during the donation. The other Techs also step in during the donation to ensure the best possible experience. I'm sure all the American Red Cross donation centers have similar guidelines, but the personal attention I've hade here has cemented my decision to schedule all my future donations (platelet or blood) at this location

My mother is 92 with dementia and limited mobility but she is happy and says is well cared for. I have been impressed, as I am a physician who realizes the limitations of many facilities, but I really appreciate their care and concern.

Did not follow advanced directives, did not correctly administer medications, Did not follow PT orders, left my parent alone when at appointments. Several 911 calls with staff having no idea what happened prior to the call. I strongly recommend against placing your loved one under the care of this business.

They have a good size area to work out with all the equipment. A large size room for activities ( we played the Table Tennis in that room ). As I was walking in, I seen tennis courts. The place was very expansive in itself. The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and whatever nice word you can find for a person. Parking is excellent also. With the area near The Governor's Club, you have a great setting.

The facility has a very elegant feel, as if you were staying at a nice hotel. Even the Alzheimer's section is maintained to have items that their residents would be able to relate to. The residents appear happy, and the volunteers and staff members seem to enjoy their time there!
