I came with 3 other people and not one person liked their food all with the same complaint. The calamari was very grainy the lamb chops were salty. To make things worse, someone I was with complained about the food and the response from the MANAGER was that this is odd because we are the first people to complain. When we first got there we saw people upset with their food. We mentioned it and the response was they complained about something else. Which is laughable. Not only that but the manager Ramon was very aggressive so I had to get involved asking why is he talking to her like that. He then tried to say that he is not talking to me. I asked for a general manager and he never approached me. Instead I had to look for him, which it did. I shared my frustration as to why I needed to come up to him and his response was he expects his manager to take handle the situation. UPDATE: I would like to thank to owner for getting back to me. I am going to give them another chance. It I great to see that there is an owner that cares. I will be sure to provide and update and hopefully say they had an "off" night.

I was a little concerned due to the mixed reviews but was pleasantly surprised and had a good time. The restaurant is beautiful. The decor is really nice and the outdoor seating is perfect for day or night. We originally sat at the bar to wait for the rest of the party. We had some drinks and some apps. We had the ceviche which was I was not a fan of and the calamari which was pretty good. I think the portion could have been a little more for the calamari and the ceviche was not a traditional one and it lacked flavor. It also could have used some bread, chips or plantains to go with it. For drinks we had the Cielo Blanco which was made really well. The cocktail menu was pretty decent and extensive. At the bar we noticed that they automatically put on a 20% gratuity which does not sit well with me when restaurants do that on all parties. While I can see a larger party but we were just two people sitting at the bar. We then sat for our actual dinner with a larger party. I had the special that was going on which was a whole red snapper which I loved. It was a good portion with sides and worth the price. It was flavorful as well. My friend had the steak which was cooked to perfection and was also very flavorful and worth the price. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. The highlight was around 9/10pm when the entertainment started. While there were dancers periodically throughout the night there was a much more elaborate performance outside. If you are seated outside at that time, you have front row view otherwise the whole restaurant got up and went outside to see it. The performance was amazing and hyped up the restaurant. Overall this place a good place to come to have a special dinner at. The staff were very friendly and there was a lot of attention to detail here. The prices, to me were no different than any other restaurant in Manhattan. The place is more of a performative restaurant so that is what you are paying for: ambiance, performance, and elegance. The food is secondary and while mine was delicious I can see how it might not seem worth it to others. Oh two things to consider, 1. the place has a small bathroom for such a large restaurant. Two stalls., 2. They have valet but it's not guaranteed. It was full when we came so we had to find street parking.

My partner and I ordered the Meat platter since it's our first time eating Croatian food ever. There's no pork in it at all. And i asked the server to keep the included pita bread on the side to keep it gluten free. They bring out free bread, sliced baguette and sourdough with a chunky hummus and very high quality olive oil. Then the octopus salad came out and this tastes great if you pour the olive oil on it. Then comes the meat platter. Everything was delicious! I loved the mini sausages the best (beef and veal). The chicken was a bit dry. But it came with some sauces. Peppercorn sauce was my favorite. And we also asked for more of the beet puree they use to decorate the plate. Overall, fantastic experience. I'd absolutely come back

Very easy to navigate. Everything here was first rate! My appetizer which was a prepared scallops dish was well prepared and a great starter. My veal special with broccoli rabe was absolutely delicious! Service was great!!..you just need to valet park your car as parking in that area is rough. Celebrating a birthday with friends, we all had a wonderful, delicious dining experience! Will be back for sure

One had eaten and taken out from here before and liked it, so we called, didn't need a reservation, off we went. At about 5:15, give or take, we were the first patrons there. It's a lovely large space, warmly decorated with tables and some banquettes. We chose a 4-top kind of right in the center! Comfy chairs, btw. The menu isn't strictly Greek or Lebanese or Turkish, kind of a combo of good choices from those cuisines. We started with an appetizer called Tinos Artichoke. Very interesting, served with small warm fresh wedges of pita plus a cup of deliciously seasoned pita chips. It's a dip of mashed artichokes with Greek yogurt, sun dried tomatoes, parsley, garlic, feta. S tasty! It's a great portion to share among several people. My friends each ordered the chicken soup with vegetables for appetizers. Quite a nice sized bowl for the price; I love avgolemono, if that's what it was (I didn't taste it), just didn't feel like having soup. They both liked it very much and then they were pretty full! I ordered two appetizers for my meal - Symi Shrimp and Grilled Halloumi. Excellent choices, and they worked really well together as a meal! The 2 slabs of perfectly cooked halloumi are served on a bed of romaine lettuce and some threads of carrot. The shrimp are small, very lightly breaded and deliciously seasoned; menu says garlic, lemon, but they were reddish so I suspect maybe paprika as well or cayenne + paprika (not hot but not bland), shredded feta sprinkled liberally on top. I'm a big eater, but after the appetizer I wasn't able to finish my meal; today I reheated in the toaster oven for a lunch treat! One friend had just the Symi shrimp as her meal; the soup had filled her up and she also took some home. Our other friend had the chicken shish. This came as a really well-balanced plate, with plenty of cubes of chicken, rice, and veggies. We ALL had to-go bags! Appetizer portions, just based on the appetizers we were served, are ample for sharing. Didn't stay for dessert, as I had a train to catch back into the City. When I'm out in Bergen County again, I'll think about coming back. If you live in the area, GO, It's very good and not exorbitantly priced.
