Handling things with no organization. Then she is gone for a week because she is "sick" but reaches out to us and doesn't sound sick at allllll! Also not to mention, why is she telling us such personal things he's spoken of in their sessions. Not very ethical and confidential, They don't give him another therapist. She doesn't update his release date , doesn't tend to him as a therapist. Over all she seemed unexperienced! Now this morning I get a phone call that they are accusing several patients of having thc in the facility. Drug tests were taken. Thennn patients walk into workers flipping their rooms upside down and going through personal belongings. They also have received harassment since such accusations were made so bad that my fiance no longer felt safe and decided to leave. He's very proud of how far he has come and didn't want to let the ending ruin his intentions for now and the future. Unprofessional money grabbing and disgusting place. Maybe if your employees weren't on their phones so much and actually paid attention to such delicate patients they'd know exactly who had such substance in the facility.

my 35 year old son, who has numerous disabilities was transfered here through a mental health…read moreclinic. when he arrived he called me to tell me they were very welcoming and made many promises to help, including his prescription medication and food, shelter, and clothing as well as helping him apply for food stamps, medicaid, and reinstating his social security payments. i was happy to hear this. it turned out to be a lie. the very next day, i was contacted by a worker from coalition recovery (who claimed they were medical technicians and mental health counselors in charge of my son's case) demanding i give them $97 or they would turn my son out onto the street. when i told them i didn't have that kind of money just laying around, they became enraged and threatened again to throw him out immediately. they told me he arrived without medication so they'd filled his prescription there and said i was responsible for payment. eventually they mentioned they were also inrecovery and were part of the program and not in charge of his case at all, well after i had answered sensitive health and mental health questions and discussed private details i would never had offered had i not believed them when they said they were in charge of his case and licensed professionals. i immediately ended the conversation and told them i would not share his history or private information with them and i would only share that with a licensed professional. the worker snapped "fine someone will call you back about this, then!" and hung up on me. shaken, i called coalition back to discuss this breach of privacy, the threats, and my concerns for my son's safety in their care. i spoke to Dylan Hollander, who identified himself as the clinical director at coalition recovery and he confirmed that they required 497 to allow my son to remain in their care because there was a copay and my son had given them authorization to contact me regarding payment. i again expalined that i do not have the $97 and that my son should not ever be simply discharged without any information, especially since he is disabled and at high-risk both physically and mentally and that the last two times this happened with other places, my son had to be hospitalized for days and given blood transfusions. Mr. Hollander said he would not discharge my son without providing an alternative placement in a secure program so his services and medications would not be disrupted but made it clear he intended to discharge my son as soon as humanly possible. He also informed me that my son was not told he would be discharged as that would upset him. And Mr. Hollander also promised to inform me of his progress in finding a new placement for my son. then the very next morning, my son called me and went on at length about how excited he was with the program, how happy and grateful he was to be in the program and what his therapist Melinda "Mindy" Carson promised for his treatment there. my heart sank. coalition recovery, far from preparing my son for transfer in a professional and non-damaging way, had seen fit to literally LIE to him and promise treatment without intending to EVER deliver those promises. this is extremely damaging and i could not get in touch with any licensed worker there, only other clients who man the office phones. i called every hour for four hours that day. each time, the other clients would answer the phone ask for private details about my son, and then promise i would receive a call back "in a few minutes" from Melinda "Mindy" Carson, Dylan Hollander, or the "executive director in charge of the entire rehab", Harrison Spielman. after the third call with no call back, they stopped answering the phone as they knew my phone number and decided they didn't want to keep the farce up. i called from my phone several times and when they did not respond, i used a different phone number and they answered on the second ring, obviously disappointed when they heard my voice. again they unconvincingly lied and said someone would "call me back in a few minutes". they never did. now i was suspicious and decided to check the internet for information about coalition recovery. i checked the linked-in page and that is how i found the last names of Dylan, Mindy, and Harrison, as the clients manning their phones refused to furnish me with those last names. i find it very strange that the person they claimed was the head of the organization, Harrison Spielman, never seems to have graduated from college and holds not a single degree according to his link-in profile. his facebook showed very unprofessional public posts. This place is a scam. run; do not walk away. they make false promises to potential clients in an effort to drain their money and then turn them out when that money has been depleted. i am not a bit convinced of their credentials because they are anything BUT professional. you would have better luck recovering from addiction elsewhere.

Absolutely one of the worst recovery center's of all time. Heather Ecbert the site director…read moredisplay's a complete lack of care, accountability and a full comfortability with the beyond sub par care and treatment for the clients as she hides in her office the entire time and ignores the clients. This location is SEVERELY understaffed and COMPLETELY unprepared, unfit and too grossly disorganized to even treat nor care for the clients in any capacity. The medication received is not delivered on time and is very inconsistent. The therapists are overloaded to the point where you can't even get a single one on one session with them consistently per week with many clients going over 2-3 weeks without being able to meet and talk to the therapists despite many requests. The food served for lunch is many times too salty or poor quality to even eat. The homes have many broken/non functioning appliances including dishwashers, refrigerators and washing machines that do not work. I was literally told to come to the meetings with dirty clothes on as it has been 5 days and counting since the staff have provided laundry detergent. Almost all of the clients are missing/don't have basic hygiene products especially the women clients as the staff show no sign of care or urgency to resolve this. There is a disgraceful sense of comfortability at the upper management as they don't care whatsoever about the poor quality of care/conditions that the client's have to endure. The care and treatment is so poor that it's beyond injustice and beginning to step into illegal and fraudulent activity from this Tampa location. Some of the homes have black mold setting in the walls and are borderline unsafe to live in. The director and corporate representative's doesn't care whatsoever about these serious issues as they hide away in their offices without ever addressing the client's at all. The pure cowardice and comfortability with this sub par care/treatment of the clients from the upper management is not only APPALLING AND DISGUSTING but UNJUST AND CRUEL! No client should have subject themselves to humiliate and disgrace themselves by being pressured by the staff to come to meetings without being able to bathe themselves properly with clean towels and rags as well as forces to wear dirty clothes due to the lack of basic hygiene products. I DEEPLY AND HIGHLY BEG/SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO ANY OTHER RECOVERY CENTER! PLEASE TRY WHITE SANDS OR ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES CLEAN RECOVERY CENTER! The upper management will lie and try to con you into signing the intake paperwork just to deceive you and provide the worst quality of care and treatment while collecting every dime and penny from your insurance. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES PLEASE SEEK ANY OTHER RECOVERY CENTER/REHAB CENTER AS CLEAN RECOVERY CENTER (Tampa FL location) IS THE WORST POSSIBLE CENTER YOU CAN CHOOSE. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND LOVE YOURSELF AND/OR YOUR LOVED ONES ENOUGH TO FIND ANY OTHER RECOVERY CENTER. YOU DESERVE QUALITY SERVICE, TO BE TREATED PROPERLY AND CARED FOR BETTER THAN INMATE'S IN PRISON! GOD SPEED AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!
