Instead of properly linking our accounts, they separated them without telling me, so I was under the impression the hold went through. They had all of my son's information, yet claimed they were "calling him," when I'm the adult and account holder. To make things worse, when I offered to provide a medical note, the staff member mocked me and my email, as if the situation was some kind of joke. That kind of attitude toward a parent handling a medical matter is disgusting and unprofessional. This gym seriously needs to train their employees on respect, communication, and accountability. To make matters worse, this was the response from a manager. Parents -- be careful before signing anything here, because they clearly don't care about doing the right thing.

I utilized the gym today, 6:30pm to 7:30 pm and although there were other people exercising, there was still plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of machines and free weights to use. Plenty of lockers and ample showers in the locker rooms. The restroom facilities are right outside of the gym in the hallways. WiFi is provided if you require the internet to stream music for your workout. I would suggest to bring your own towel. Paper towels with spray disinfectant were available at the front desk. During this last 6 week challenge I asked about purchasing a myzone and he said ok and he needed a couple more people to order. The next week he said he was going to order some and I would be able to purchase. He never got back to me so I purchased my own directly from Myzone. When I asked hime for the club code he said it was for members only. What? Why didn't he say that when we discussed it TWICE. He NEVER once said it was for members only. I emailed him and texted him and asked him to call me so we can discuss which he never did. When I showed up at the studio to my first class after purchasing my belt he never said anything but instead of teaching the class properly he was on his phone and computer the whole time. Turns out he was deactivating my Myzone belt and did it more than once without saying a single word to me. If that's not unprofessional and sneaky I don't know what is. He is sneaky and lacks communication skills. This last go around will be my last and will not be returning just like many of his original members.
