I'm leaner, stronger, and more muscular than I've ever been, and I know, based on past attempts at trying to stick to my own exercise regimen at the gym, that I would not have reached my current level of leanness and strength on my own and without his guidance and expertise. He's been in the business for years and knows his stuff, and it shows because he's been able to easily take the guesswork out of exercising for me, which allows me to focus better on my diet and the execution of the exercises themselves. He's adjusted routines for me at only.a moment's notice and at any given session if, let's say, I hurt my ankle when I was out the previous weekend or if I hurt my lower back by slouching in my chair at work. And his adjustments never compromise the intensity of the workouts, so there hasn't been a workout that I walked away from feeling like I hadn't challenged my body. I had an annoyingly persistent pain in my shoulder from an injury I sustained in the gym about a year or two prior to training with Harold (I used improper form on a dumbbell chest press), but Harold knew exactly how to offset the pain with the right workouts and stretches and now I can't even remember what the pain felt like because it's long gone.
