It's not a large facility but the space is well used and organized. There's no excess clutter from machines and treadmills. There's only 2 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes towards the back of the main floor. On the main floor, there's an open space for the trainers to run drills and for trainees to transition from one exercise to the next. Plenty of free weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes, pull up bars, etc. My friend is actually a trainer here, and he told me to come by..which I did and I brought another friend of mine who was looking for a personal trainer..so that was a great opportunity. Rates are definitely cheaper than other gyms in the area. For example, I believe Bell Plaza runs personal training at the rate of $1 a minute..which is quite costly in my opinion. ReBound costs like half as much per session. **And what's cool is, they don't have monthly membership fees, so just purchase a training package that's it. No need to pay for both the training and a monthly gym membership!** Clientele varies greatly as well.. Like tonight when I went to check it out, I saw an elderly woman in her 60's.. And the way she was training and doing the drills that the trainer gave her, she might've been in only her 30's..Loll There's the usual people who just want to stay healthy and stay in shape and there's more hardcore athletes looking to improve on a sport or skill. ReBound is fairly new.. Only like 2-3 years.. And it's very well maintained and clean. Equipment is new. I'm leaner, stronger, and more muscular than I've ever been, and I know, based on past attempts at trying to stick to my own exercise regimen at the gym, that I would not have reached my current level of leanness and strength on my own and without his guidance and expertise. He's been in the business for years and knows his stuff, and it shows because he's been able to easily take the guesswork out of exercising for me, which allows me to focus better on my diet and the execution of the exercises themselves. He's adjusted routines for me at only.a moment's notice and at any given session if, let's say, I hurt my ankle when I was out the previous weekend or if I hurt my lower back by slouching in my chair at work. And his adjustments never compromise the intensity of the workouts, so there hasn't been a workout that I walked away from feeling like I hadn't challenged my body. I had an annoyingly persistent pain in my shoulder from an injury I sustained in the gym about a year or two prior to training with Harold (I used improper form on a dumbbell chest press), but Harold knew exactly how to offset the pain with the right workouts and stretches and now I can't even remember what the pain felt like because it's long gone.
