What garbage! My friend was hellishly injured. We brought her here. They set her down in the waiting room for 20 minutes before she collapsed. Wow! The most incredible ER experience I have ever had! ALL the staff from the registration clerks to the nurses and doctor were all amazing! Dr Sanchez was fun, humorous and phew, hot hot hot! Anyway, everybody was amazing. I received excellent care without waiting. read more

I've been sick for over a year and have seen hospitals up & down the entire gulf coast and unfortunately, this ED is in fact the worse one I have ever encountered. All of the female nursing staff is negligent to their patients due to the way they talk smack about them at the nurses station while all of our doors are open? I had to ASK for an x-ray for why I was being seen in the first place. I'm going to be in debt because they charged every single thing they could get their hands on and relate it to my circumstance today. I have NEVER. EVER!!! seen professional health care workers treat patients this horribly. I called the nursing station to cancel the x-ray, since the doctor didn't come up with the idea to do x-ray on his own. When the blonde nurse came in to explain that I would have to sign an AMA form when I was the one who requested it when they were about to discharge me without acknowledging the actual reason I was there. However, there was a very friendly EMT who was helpful towards ALL patients & coworkers. Other than that, I'd say stay the hell away unless you want to be ridiculed literally to your face? As if open doors aren't open at all? Over 4 hours and I got a CT I did not need, no x-rays, potassium pills because my potassium was .1 lower than average. Instead of asking if I'd like to supplement at home, now I get to pay for it because the nurse came in and ripped it open before I could even see what she had or what was going on. I really hope the owners take this to heart because I wouldn't go back there if I was shot in that very parking lot. I'd rather just bleed out. & to the nurse that said my vein wasn't blown, that she inserted it correctly without any signs of it being blown, enjoy the attached image, pick up a piece of fruit and learn how to correctly insert a needle into someone's arm. You knew you blew it when you wouldn't come back into the room when I requested it being removed because of the pain. All that together AND talking mad smack about multiple patients that are under their care made me swiftly aware of where I was and how little these people actually care. I took off my heart monitor, my respiratory monitor, and even took the IV bag off the hook for them. I figured they were so busy being horrible individuals that I would help them out. Never again. Posted this on google reviews too! Double assurance so nobody will have to feel the way the nursing staff acts towards them. The entire nursing department needs to have their annual wellness review not even a whole month into the new year because they're awful. Just embarrassing lol. It seems to me that the office workers are great. However none of them have the ability to be nice. I was there today for 2 hours, and nothing was done except to give me a bill and said I had a $90 copay. I never get copays from my doctor, so why from them. I did not get any relief for my pain. I went to the EMERGENCY room due to severe back pain and numbness in my right leg. The staff was very supportive and helpful, the doctor had me get a CT scan which showed a herniate disk on my lower back . I need to now find a surgeon and hopefully this will be over read more

Out of my 67 years and several trips in my lifetime to the Er, I can say I have never had as good of experience as I did going to this Er. From checking in, Katie was very kind and professional to the dark haired Nurse whom I am sorry I don't recall her name, then to Dr. Sanchez who's sense of humor made me laugh and finally to David the very wonderful Rn who took care of me. He was compassionate and patient, as well as his calm demeanor while he assisted other patients was very calming. You can tell they all love what they do. Though being a health care provider is not an easy job they all did their job with ease. Thank you. read more

Came in for treatment I need usually once a year for a medical issue I have had for years and under treatment. Would not treat me without a CV19 test, which was crazy since no signs were in that direction AT ALL. Test performed not what I went in for and trying really had to prove I had Covid (and did not) instead of the proper care for what I did have. Paperwork and DX were a complete fraud and not even close to what I came in for and treated for. Left being documented I had covid and even though the PCR test is junk, that was negative. Terrible. took hours for the doctor to come in and the nurses were sitting on their asses the whole time talking a bunch of crap. they also talked terribly and made fun of patients that came in with a disability (like a man in a wheelchair) laughing over the man and just talking the whole time.i don't recommend this place at all. if you want some good help please go somewhere else and dont waste your time here like i did. (half of the nurses were rude or had an attitude and lied about the doctor not being here when there were multiple doctors walking around). stay safe. read more

I went to the Bravera Health ER because I was and still am in a great deal of pain. They ran tests and found the problem, but gave me nothing to ease the pain I'm in until they were sending me home. Honestly, I was in more pain when I left than when I went in. So, Bravera Health on Norvell Bryant Highway, do you have any recommendations about where I should have gone? It's very bewildering to think that going to your ER when in intense pain is a mistake! read more

I came in for a ear infection that was severe. They were very nice and explained everything to me before doing anything. Nicest staff ever. And i was being a giant cry baby about everything. Im glad they were patient with me. If i have any more issues this will be my go to place. read more

ZERO STARS. Do NOT use this hospital!!! They are a covid fraud hospial. It was rushed opened just in time for the plandemic. There is a lawsuit on its way from me personally. Charged my insurance for things I didn't do it have. Registered me as a boy, for real. Tried to tell me I had covid pneumonia and I DIDNT. Tested negative but of course their tests are faulty (drs words not mine)! Sat me in a chair when I finally got my ivs. because they had no rooms (they claimed). Lies, they did. Told me all kinds of lies and then charged my insurance for tests I never had. Thousandsss of dollars worth. Insurance fraud and medical fraud ask the way by the hospital and doctors. The male nurse was a rude and clueless as the doctor was!!! They also charged my insurance for me claiming I arrived and had all tests down via on a stretcher (more lies). I drove there and walked the whole time I was there with my own 2 LEGS. This is the short version, THERE WAS MUCH MORE!!! The Dr and male nurse told me Ivermectin isn't a real medication and covid has NO treatment. Even told me there was no such thing as a stomach virus (what I recently recovered from). Lol. Crooked hospitals and doctors need to be taken down, fined and arrested!!! This one is so corrupt they don't allow reviews on most sites. On here, 3 reviews are ALL bad. I came in as a driver for someone who needed medical attention. She got checked in, not only were we not wearing masks - but nobody (about 10 other people) in waiting room was wearing a mask. I am a type 1 diabetic with a continuous glucose monitor. It started alerting me that my blood sugar was dropping ver low, so I ate glucose tabs, chocolate, and some doritos. It kept plummeting, only now it was just saying "LOW" with no number. I went to the front counter and explained the situation and just asked if I could use their blood glucose monitor to see what my blood sugar is because I'm not getting numbers, only that it's dangerously low. She came back and stated that the only way I could use a monitor is if I register as a patient. Since I have an$8k deductible, I could not do that. I said "okay, just letting you know if I pass ou-my blood sugar is low and I don't know how low" she started yelling at me about getting an attitude I told her I am not getting an attitude, but if I pass out someone needs to be aware of what's going on. She then started yelling at me to put on a mask and lose my attitude or I will be escorted off the property???? This is 3 hours later and now I am the only one left in the waiting room. My wife fell and went to Seven Rivers/ Bravera Health on January 6th, 2022 looking to get an X-Ray to confirm there was no damage other than a contusion; which turned out to be the case. They accepted my insurance and took a couple of X-Rays. We were in the facility no more then 2 hours; of which one hour and forty five minutes was spent standing around to get the X-Rays and the results. We got the results and were told it was a contusion. Three weeks later, we got one bill for $4,882.00 from Bravera ER (of which I was responsible for $1,734), one bill for $1,067 from Hernando County Emergency Physicians (of which I was responsible for $228.27) and one bill from Radiology (of which i was responsible for $39.00). They listed the visit as "Contusion of Abdominal wall" and "Anxiety Disorder", of which neither service occurred. I wrote to them asking them to correct the coding, as I was not going to pay for services not rendered. They never responded and sent a another bill for the incorrect services. I called and spoke to some one in billing who said they would look into this and get back to me within a week. I never heard back and then got a bill threatening to go to collections if it was not paid in full. I wrote back again asking for the correct coding and paid them $25.00 to show I was willing to pay for a correct, reasonable bill. I finally got a letter explaining the correct coding. I called their billing dep't to ask how they can justify such obscene charges for a set of X-Rays. I was told they are a "For Profit " hospital . I told them no facility in the country would charge that much for X-Rays. They said they did not care. I asked about renegotiating these insane charges and was told they could not see the billing in their records. I sent them another $25.00. The next bill came in demanding Full Payment, but the bill showed a "0" balance due. I waited for the next billing cycle to see what it entailed. I then got a letter from a collection agency saying my debt had to be paid in full. I explained my story to the representative and gave her another payment of $25.00. It is unconscionable and immoral how this organization can charge such enormous fees for a service that generally runs about $85.00. They should have told me about these elephantine charges before providing any service. BEWARE OF GOING TO SEVEN RIVERS/BRAVERA if you are not fully covered by your insurance. SEVEN RIVERS/BRAVERA is a prime example of everything that is wrong with the Healthcare system in this country. read more

I visited this ER recently and as unfortunate as it was to find myself there, the staff made the experience very pleasant. Reception was very kind and efficient. Tyler H was the charge nurse on duty. His warm and caring personality put me at ease. It was evident that he was very adept at his position. Clearly, when you find yourself in the Emergency Dept, you aren't having the greatest day but having a Nurse like Tyler really makes the experience so much better. He not only was great at explaining everything to me and caring for my medical needs, his friendly and upbeat demeanor really helped my mindset. In the time I was there, I felt extremely well taken care of, like the staff truly cared about me. Dr. Pruitt was great; he is super smart, efficient and has wonderful bedside manner. I can't thank Dr. Pruitt and Tyler H enough for their excellent care. read more
