We've never had issues like this before. The house itself was nice overall and had good amenities for large families. There was plenty of space, lots of towels, TVs everywhere, refrigerators upstairs and downstairs, an ice machine, and even golf carts, bikes, beach gear, and a paddleboard. The table tennis setup was enjoyable, and the cordless speaker was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the condition and management of the property were extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we found: Rings in the toilets Dirty sheets on the beds A broken vase with sharp glass edges in the bathroom Broken glass in the microwave The microwave still worked, so that was minor, but the other issues were unacceptable upon arrival. There were also safety concerns. The downstairs back door would not lock, and none of the door or gate alarms worked. While that may not bother some guests, we had two small children with us, and this could have become a serious issue if they had been old enough to open the doors or gates themselves. I'm fairly certain this violates safety codes. The game room amenities also needed maintenance. The foosball table was practically falling apart, and the ping pong paddles were missing pads and difficult to use. To their credit, the management company did send someone out to clean the toilets and replace the bedding, but they seemed irritated that they had to address the issues at all. The golf carts were another problem. One had a flat tire the first time we used it. Maintenance came out and aired up both rear tires, which were dry-rotted and cracking. The tires held air afterward, but the cart still felt unsafe. The cart also frequently shut off while driving, fixed with turning the key off and back on and had very little power, making it difficult and potentially dangerous when crossing roads with traffic. The paddleboard was also missing when we arrived, though they did deliver one the following day. The beach chairs and umbrellas were technically provided, but most were in rough condition. The chairs were rusted and difficult to open, and the umbrellas were badly worn. Thankfully, we brought our own equipment. We also had to wash several pots and pans before using them because they were greasy or still dirty. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the management company toward my wife. After I specifically asked them to contact me directly, they instead chose to speak to her in a way that felt intimidating and unprofessional. Overall, while the property itself has potential and offers a lot of amenities, the poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, safety concerns, and unprofessional management completely overshadowed the positives. I would not recommend this rental company, and I will not be using them again but, hoping this helps to resolve some issues so, future renters will not have the same experience. I do have pictures if anyone feels they would be helpful.

We trusted Navarre Sands with our beach house and they let us down at nearly every turn…read more - they lied to us about the projected revenue - they took our property from the house without telling us. We only found out after we terminated the contract (knowing we would sue) - they caused a big chip in the paint and then painted it the wrong color. - they were painting another house and had their agent dump paint in our yard. - they improperly took renters in breach of our contract. - they were rude and unprofessional. These are just some examples of their misconduct. We regret working with them. There are many companies that are nice and professional--we hired one of them.
