Not only was it not covered and I got a bill 3 weeks later,but my glasses prescription was wrong. He had the axis part so far out I was getting migraines and dizzy. I had to go to another doctor to have it corrected (which I had to pay for) I totally blame myself for not looking at his reviews here first but I believed he was ok getting the referral from my doctor!
