I would give these apartments -5 stars if possible!!…read more WARNING: Avoid residing in unit 1302 as it is situated above one of the leasing agents, also known as Fatima. first and foremost I used to be a tenant at apt 1302 from nov 2023 - april 2024. the leasing agent ms fatima was the one who leased us our unit above her apt knowing we have a 2 year old and a 11 year old. the first day we moved ms fatima had the nerve to tell us to keep it down even though we are moving. as we get settled within the first two week we were getting disturbed by fatima and her boyfriend banging on their ceiling to alert us that we are being too loud. my spouse knocked on their door and attempted to let them know they can always text us or knock on our door to let us know we are being too loud rather than scaring my children with their constant banging on the ceiling. Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable. not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it's ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it's ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario. we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we went through. especially for a family with little children. long story short we had to be let out of our lease due to harassment. mind you we were let out of our lease therefore we were not in the wrong. only saving grace is ms angela!! Literally every month I got an eviction notice regarding late payment (1day). That's fine, but call the insurance company. Upon move out I cleaned the apartment and did 2 walk through's with Bruno (very helpful) and the other gentleman. Then 1 guy alone. They both stated everything was wonderful even stated the oven was clean. Then I get a final statement from Dashawna showing I have a $115.00 credit, two weeks later I get a statement showing I owe. I tried to contact office for 2 weeks before I spoke to Jake who is the epitome of rudeness, he should be the poster child for RUDE!! I informed them to contact insurance company for payment. Meanwhile, my insurance company mailed me a check, they wouldn't accept it, so I wrote a personal check and presented it to Michelle (I have my receipt). 3 weeks later I'm contacted by a collection company REALLY!!! Now Crystal is telling me it wasn't certified funds WTHECK NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO SAY NO PERSONAL CHECK, CERTIFIED FUNDS!!! Why certified funds? Very unprofessional and nonchalant to any matters of your unit. Today I was given a 3-day eviction notice because I confronted her about a workorder i put in for a leaking toilet. The water was literally coming up and out of the bottom of the toilet and leaking from the back of the toilet. I spent sat and sun using towels and a mop, continuously ringing them out to try and contain the water as best I could. No one ever acknowledged my high urgent work order. no call to follow up. no one ever came by. nothing! she called the police and flat out lied to justify her wrong doings. Its a shame when there's an anonymous letter mailed out by a tenant regarding how they dont take care of their property and fix things and someone being so scared to speak up for themselves. i spoke up for us all today and even though im being evicted, hopefully somethings will change for the better. Since then, they have gotten a whole new team and got rid of the previous people in the office that I thought wasn't the greatest. I came in to speak to the new manager (Jasbir) about my situation of being behind in rent due to losing my job bc of COVID, and to be honest, I was scared. I thought I was going to be evicted. Jasbir reassured me that she wanted to sit down and have a face to face meeting to talk about what's going on with my job/financial/rent situation. She heard my concern, did not judge my situation, and even helped connect me with other community resources for issues I was experiencing. In addition, Jasbir even confronted me about my previous rating/review lol. I was embarrassed as I have written that a long time ago and things have definitely changed. Power washing update: according to the manager, they power wash the exterior twice a year. And 2 months ago they power washed the breezeways. Although, my door needs to be repainted, they are listening to our concerns and definitely making the necessary changes.

The unit that I was shown was extremely outdated with carpet throughout and holes in the walls. It was the ugliest apartment that I've ever laid my eyes on in all of my life and living. The carpet had stains in some parts and some parts not. The living space was spacious, but the dining room area was carpeted and was pretty tiny. The bedroom was carpeted and small. The cabinets was unpleasant brown color with tiny holes in it. It looked like the last person who lived there was punching holes in the walls. In the closet, the door of the closet had a huge hole. I told the leasing agent that and her response was, "yeah, they got holes in this place!" The balcony was not cleaned and had a bird nest with cobwebs and bird poop everywhere. The leasing agent saw that and said, "oh, the maintenance guys haven't cleaned this yet". That right there shows me that the maintenance ain't about shhhh-. The leasing agent that showed me the unit was a cool chick. I even saw a really cute guy that lives here, but I decided against living here since the units are very expensive and outdated, all that carpet is a turn-off, and they had the audacity to show me an ugly unit.
