Stormie was personable and created convo so really took away my nervousness and made me feel relaxed. She had me double check the placement to make sure it was ok before going through with the actual needle, which I appreciate. Another thing that concerned me was the healing process, but she went through the aftercare instructions and showed me to use the spray twice daily. Just got the boot out of this place cause I personally was not getting anything done. I just drop $250 to get my wife 3 new piercings. She was in the room getting it done. I went to grab some food and just got back in. I told her that but she didn't cared. She alised the excuse of "due to covid" if you are not get anything done you cannot stay. Now not everyone working there were wearing mask. There two guys standing there looking at a girl getting a tattoo. We were there the night before and they let me stay waiting when she got her piercing out. She had to remove all the jewelry out cause she had to Get an MRI the next day. read more

Went in around 10:00pm or so for a walk-in tattoo, very quick and friendly service from the receptionist. My tattoo artist was Fonseca Cavilla, super nice guy and he did an amazing job on my tattoo. I highly recommend coming here for anybody looking for a tattoo especially if you have a busy schedule and don't have the time to make an appointment with the artist. I'll most definitely be coming back here in the near future. The only downside I would give is the minimum price is 80$ so I would recommend getting a larger or detailed tattoo. Called an hour ahead of time to see if it was cool for walk in's and got the ok and told that one artist would be available. We arrive (3 of us) and get a wonderful greeting, we ask if there is time for 3 walk in's and are told we good to go. Our friend is the first to go, they give their concept and the artist (same person that greeted us) starts sketching. We get told that there was a mishap in their scheduling and that there were two people ahead of us and we confirmed that it was fine we had dedicated this night to this and had nothing else planned. So next a separate artist that recently finished up with a client, walked up to us and very stand off-ish asked what we wanted. We explained we wanted a small bottled fairy matching design and before I could pull out a reference image the artist asked for the size again. As I go to answer I am cut off again and told that this would require too much of a sketching phase and would require too much time from the artist. We were then prompted to make an appointment immediately after our other friend finished their payment so it's not like they could just leave and we were definitely not going to leave them there alone as they were from out of town and visiting. Ah ha but wait we are told that we needed to leave. Jarring as all this was we left and came back to pick our friend up after they finished. We figured maybe the artist had just finished their last appointment and was just looking to clock out. Nah the artist ended up taking the three people that came in right after us according to our friend who stayed. Needless to say a pretty rough experience for all three of us. We are still unsure what the issue was, if we did something wrong, or if they were just rushing us out the door for another reason? Just wanted to throw down the experience as a heads up for anyone else looking for a new shop to go to. read more

And I didn't even talk about my belly piercing on my review you redid that day ... That was the most pain full piercing I had to go through ... I have learned my lesson the hard way to never get a piercing from a non-professional. There is no certification to become a piercer, so most places will just hire anyone. I went to get my belly button pierced and could not believe how badly they fucked up. I should have walked out when the piercer, Brown, said "This needle is crooked" and started doing it again with another needle. A month later my body was rejecting the piercing - he didn't even use the right fucking jewelry!!! I am so pissed. Money down the drain and now I have this ugly scar. read more

I never even had any work done here, all based on the way my friend and I were treated when we went there. I called first, early on a Saturday to make an appointment with Ernest. The person who answered the phone said "hello?" which was weird to me instead of announcing your business name. He identified himself as the owner and then told me I could not make an appointment over the phone, that I had to come in person and put down a deposit. Ok, fine. So my friend and I showed up later that evening, with a design to see about having the work that night, or making an appointment for another day. Ernest took one look at the design I showed him and stated that it was an "untattooable" design, and he would need to completely redraw it and make it bigger. So.. I was beyond pissed. My ex husband owns a tattoo shop, and I have been in the industry since 1998. There is no design that is "untattooable". Yes, I can understand making it bigger, so not to be a blur years from now. But the need to "completely redraw" it was unnecessary. A ploy to charge us more, I suspect. Everyone in there was completely rude and seemed awfully entitled, working by appointment only.. who are you, Paul Booth? Regardless, we went down the street to Sacred Markings, and the owner of that shop, James, was amazing. He treated us with respect, did exactly what we asked for and spent plenty of time making sure our design was exactly the size we wanted. And he seemed to be able to tattoo us both, with THAT EXACT DESIGN just fine. We are totally happy and satisfied with his work, and will definitely return to his shop in the future. He charged us very fair, and we tipped him well. Your loss, Bayou City, I will never return to your attitude laden, disrespectful shop, nor will I ever refer anyone there. Learn some customer service skills, you'd be surprised at how a good attitude can change someone's whole perspective on your business. Randy, you should probably review your tape again. Ernest did not get up and give us his undivided attention, nor would I have expected him to.. he was in the middle of working on another customer. I couldn't have cared less about the wait time. We had to wait a couple hours at the other shop. It was about the attitude, first from you on the phone and then Ernest taking 10 seconds to look at the picture we had, and just deciding right then it wasn't doable without a complete overhaul. That is what made me walk out the door. It was a very basic design, two birds with a vine and leaves. Nothing fancy or extremely detailed. There was no reason on earth for it to need to be redrawn. I respect that you hold your shop and artists to a high level of standards as far as their work goes, but we were blown off as if our money wasn't as green as anyone elses. Like I stated earlier, we would have made an appointment for another day, but we didnt want our design redrawn. We wanted it exactly as it was. Ive never had anyone tell me a design was not tattooable before, and I was married to an artist for over 10 years. The guy who "greeted" us was also talking to another set of people, and was short with us, and the only other person there was sitting towards the back, drawing something. I would hardly say it was a busy Saturday night, and if it was so busy maybe you should have someone in there who can greet customers and have a discussion with them while your artists are busy. We always had someone at our front desk exactly for that reason, so that no customer would ever feel ignored or brushed off. But its your shop, and thats none of my business. I stand behind my review, and to be honest, this is the first Yelp review Ive ever done. Solely because I was that pissed off. But its all good, you have plenty of loyal customers who were obviously treated much better than we were, and we have a new tattoo artist. So it sounds like a win/win to me. Also, my friend, her husband, and her son all have work that was done by Ernest.. which is why we came there in the first place. He does excellent work. Got my first piercing here, very fast and thorough with explaining procedure and after care instructions.

I had a great time at this place. Been wanting to do a Dragon tattoo. Randy Lee helped draw it out and explained all we can do with it. I brought my friend's who where so impressed they got tattoos too. We started around 7pm and left around 7am. We where full of energy due to the excitement of getting our custom work tattoos. The shop was very clean and the staff all talked to us. Music was good too. I will be going back to get more art done. The price was better than some of the other places I have been. I was in search of a place to get my flat done and nose pierced. I stumbled upon this place and was shocked at how awesome it is. Stormie did the piercing was and very informative and made me feel super comfortable with this whole experience. Recommendations and instructions were given for after care. Very helpful! I got a nose piercing done in Florida and my nose ring came out within a month. It was way too painful for me to put it back in on my own with the screw at the end of the ring. I walked in asking for help with getting another nose ring and the guy took my same nose ring, sterilized it, and put it back in my nose for me for free!
