It was my first time there for it to go order and the original person that started to help me didn't seem like they really wanted to help somebody else ended up helping me although he was a little bit nicer the food came out extremely quick, which was great but I ordered 15 wings and fries and they gave me one 2 ounce cup of ranch which I think is a little ridiculous. Had family time with my son and daughter yesterday. Mozzarella sticks were good. The pizza we returned it because we didn't like how it tasted. My wings were delicious and hot upon arrival. All the food was hot . My son ordered the avocado burger with curly fries and was a nice looking tall burger. He loved it and would definitely order again. My daughter ordered wings like me and she enjoyed her wings as well . We'll definitely be back for another family time dinner. This place was cool the first two hours of me being here. They had a DJ playing some great music. I was dancing having a good time, even the ladies around me was enjoying my time there dancing along with me. Drinks was cheap good vibes, but once I decided to leave. I'm walking back to my car and I hear someone call me a "nigga". I proceeded to tell the young man (15 year old) not to say that to me in a respectful manner and then he called me the same name 15-20 more times in less than 20 seconds. I was really caught off guard because I didn't know why he was talking to me and I didn't even know the young man. He was with a group of ppl including his mother and no one he was with told the young boy to stop disrespecting me. I'm 27 by the way so I started to point my attention to his mother that was standing RIGHT NEXT to him and she tried to calm me down instead of her son who is disrespecting me. To some things up it became only verbal back and forth arguing between only me and the 10-15 ppl in there group. I was told the police was called so I proceeded to leave even though I had done nothing wrong but stand up for myself after being disrespected by this kid. I was then told the next day I'm banned and I can no longer go to this establishment. This was my first time in the restaurant to being with. I've been in Pasadena 10+ years and never been disrespected in public before so this really left a sour taste in my mouth about this place. I wouldn't recommend coming here for dinner at all though simply due to the ridiculously high prices and terrible service - even from the careless manager. For this to go food, I got some extra hot boneless wings with the other half parmesan cheese. Both were absolutely delicious and extra hot is just enough to get your nose runny while still being quite tasty. The ranch is usually a little watered down and the fries lack slightly in seasoning, but it all comes with a drink for such a cheap price which is perfect. This was my childhood wing place, it always had the best deals and once I got to college they had the best happy hours. The food on the other hand was subpar, I highly recommend their loaded fries. Just make sure they put a lot of extra sauce on top of the fries because sometimes they can go easy on it. I do not recommend the wings, not the breaded ones, not the naked ones, not any of them. They were just dry and the meat was not good at all. What I do recommend is the drinks, they have the heat beeritas I have ever had and the best part about them is that you only need one or two of them. They have about 12 flavors if I'm not mistaken but they are unique and none of them taste the same. This trip wasn't bad but it was unfortunate that we could not enjoy the food. On this side, you find all the adults who want to come hang out at the bar, be social, drink, and mingle with other strangers who share a common interest in alcohol. Not only was there a bar and more sitting area, but this room has pool tables, and arcade styles games on the back wall. One drink in, and I forgot completely about the many children on the other side of the wall, outside of the doors that separated the boys from the men... literally. Ok I want to like this place but they mess up so much and the food sucks. This is about the 6th time I've been here and I took my wife with me today. We had to wait 5 mins to be seated when there was 20 tables open. We ordered and she asked for a side of cilantro ranch and I asked for extra white Gravy. I even told the waiter to make the egg sunny side up and runny for her. Well the egg was not runny at all it was fully cooked.
