Tried this food truck for the first time and it was good. I like how crispy the chicken was and how you're able to choose your own spice flavor. I ordered the #1 and it was a pretty big/decent sized chicken sandwich for having only gotten 1 tender. I will say I expected more flavor wise. Also, you have to pay 75cents per each small sauce cup which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion and at least one should be offered complimentary for each meal. They also don't have any sort of outside seating to eat at, it really is just a food truck. So keep that in mind if you're planning to pick up/eat here. I had never been here I ordered the loaded fries in *Hot* and let me tell you they were HOT, I'm always underwhelmed by places spice ratings but they really lived up to it. Great flavor reasonable prices sauces where really good. Will definitely be returning, wish they added more pickles though order only comes with 2 slices read more

I really wanted to try something diff and was in the mood for chicken. After a quick yelp search, Clutch City populates. I drove over to the truck. Customer service was great, they have a seating area under the trees, I wouldn't eat under the trees but that's me. I was so excited about my food.... Looked better than it tasted. Chicken wings were soggy and not the best, I love only 10 minutes from the truck. I wouldn't recommend. They're breaded and I'm not a breaded fan, I should've asked. The chicken sandwich with slaw was decent, but I wouldn't order it again. I got the two strips which are hugeeee! The chicken isn't flavorful. Good luck read more

I'm hooked on the Shrimp Daddy Tacos! Huge breaded fried shrimp on a bed of fresh slaw, wrapped in really good flour tortillas. The Cluck It sauce reminds me of a remoulade sauce that's pretty good. They also allow you to pick your level of spice (heat) on the shrimp. The order comes with 3 tacos which filled me up. Only took 7 minutes to cook it up. Staff was very friendly. I would go all the way to the Galleria Food Truck Park to get food from this truck and now they are in Cypress!! Everything is amazing, especially the loaded fries!!! The gentleman that assisted me with my first order in the Cypress location was so hospitable and truly appreciated my patronage. Every time I order from here, the food is always hot and amazing! Even though they got my order wrong one time by one tender , my food still came out good. The seasoning is just right, chicken is cooked to perfection, I can't complain! Our experience was entirely disappointing. We order two milkshakes and a float. Each of them was entirely melted when they handed them to us. It was fairly cold melted ice cream and flavoring. Entirely unacceptable. The chicken tacos were ok. But there wasn't much flavor on any of the food. We took the sandwiches and tacos home to fix them up with flavor. After eating quite literally ALL of the different Hot Chicken options in Houston, this is my least favorite. Had no resemblance at all to a classic Nashville style hot chicken. And is not an improvement on the recipe. The chicken is crispy and well cooked but has no flavor and very little spice--or spices. The "hot" was mild compared to other places. And after a 15 minute wait with no one else in line in front of me, the price for food here is also outrageous. A two strip sandwich and fries cost me $17. pls save ur money and don't go here i went here at 12 bc i wanted tenders and this was the only place open besides canes and i haven't tried it before and i think canes is bland so i tried this place and got two medium hot tender baskets and first of all it says online that it's only 16$ but when i got there it was 18$ on the menu on top of that the tenders were red from seasonings but still somehow bland spent 42$ on two tender baskets and only got two half filled tiny sauce cups and idk how but somehow they messed up the toast it was too chewy for me to even eat honestly the worst chicken place ive tried and it ruined my night i could not emphasize more plz do not go here read more

Not the best. Me and my partner have ate here twice and have been thoroughly disappointed both times. Apart from the food being over priced we gave it a shot and were left unsatisfied both times. My only true complaint is that they fry everything in the dame grease which the chicken tasted like shrimp ( heavy on the shrimp!) you can't really enjoy it because your tasting seafood on chicken!
