Frankly, I wouldn't have anybody else work on my systems. I trust them implicitly. I belong to their Comfort Club for a nominal monthly fee, which means they service my HVAC systems twice a year and are on call in the event anything happens that needs immediate attention. I have been so impressed with them, my daughter and son-in-law now use them as well. They are outstanding and easy to do business with which is very important to me at 72 years old.

Heather was wonderful to speak to on the phone, and quick to try and meet the needs that I had for scheduling. I just wish I could have met her! I had to have work done, not once but twice, and after the first time I requested their service for the second service call I had to make. The first issue was AC related, and Eddie Jr had my AC up and running in no time. The second call was made two weeks later for heating issues, and when Eddie Jr couldn't fix the secondary problem that was found, they were prompt in ordering the necessary parts and came out a few days later. Eddie Sr came out to replace the ordered parts, and made great conversation while still quickly working to repair the problem. After he replaced the part, he was thorough in making sure everything worked properly. I appreciate all the work they did for us, and will certainly be calling them for any other HVAC needs that we have. I will also be sure to recommend them to anybody who needs help!

Then me as the owner of the house . I was not there at the time and just a friend was there. So the tech was only there for a about 10mins and never called me. Just told my friend that the main breaker was a fire hazard and then left. So I called the main office and asked to speak with the tech and never received a call at all. And then I text the number that you can send a text and they just said that tech found something wrong with main panel and I would have to get with my warranty people. And till this day no one in person has called me at all from Montz.

These people are crooks. AHS sent them out last year to fix my air conditioner. I was told by the…read morerepairman that it needed a replacement.. I waited for AHS to call me with the diagnosis everytime I called they said UBA had not given them a diagnosis and that what they were waiting for. I kept calling same thing. So The repairman said they probably won't give you a new one but will pay for a condenser or something like that. This was doing that extreme hot weather we had. I was already having problems because I sleep with a C-pap. Couldn't sleep. They didn't come right out so I called expert heating and air. He said they woul have to replace it. They took pictures which I still have. So I spoke with a guy name Braylon suppose to be in charge. He also said I needed a replacement, I told him what the repairmen said about AHS paying for a condenser and asked how would they pay would they take it off the pice or send me a check he said he would ask them because he was in contact with them and I told him AHS was waiting for a diagnosis told me he was in contact with them. Well he got financing for the new unit. After I did talk to AHS they said UBA told them nothing was wrong with my air conditioner it was working just because the weather was hot it was not cooling. (For real). I tried to explain that they did not close their ticket and sent the repair guy out there after they put the new unit in. why would I old as I am wants big bill for nothing my neighbors and expert air is my witness. Okay this year new airconditioner start blowing hot air called U B A they came out the guy same repairman said he did not tell AHS no such a lie and would tell them he never said nothing was wrong with my old unit. He said the new unit had mfg defect he had to get a part. the unit leaked water all on my hardwood floors turning them black and woled. Had to through my things out of closet all wet when I called them they asked for pictures I sent pictures 3 times and called and left messages for Braylon they told me he was off sick asked for someone in charge they made excuses. They have not responded to my calls or my text with pictures. Looking to find corp officers, president or someone because they knew I was an old single black woman. If it wasn't for AHS I would have never used them. I think this was a used unit they put in. They should have sent it back to the mfg. at night sometimes it stops cooling. Please do your research. They have made a fool of me. Still waiting on a diagnosis from them to give to AHS.

I last used them 2 yrs ago and posted to Yelp my concerns but review was deleted. Paid for A/C services and had to have another A/C company come out. They said they cleaned a unit but below pictures were taken after their expensive service. They also tell you after the fact that there is an extra charge for using a credit card to pay for their service. Always tries to sell more expensive services. I'm sure they can do good work... but if you use them get a second quote/opinion.

My aging HVAC recently needed replacing , and we were in the middle of some of the hottest weather of the summer. RAM got my new unit up and running in a few hours. I was particularly impressed by how they saw that the first new unit on the truck was dinked (I would haven't known this unless they pointed it out), so they sent it the warehouse for a replacement. They even clean up after themselves before leaving a job! I don't know if they are the cheapest HVAC company out there, but what they charged me seemed to be the going rate for this product and service. Finally, RAM Air offers a product called the Golden System, which is where customers pre-pay for 2 service calls a year. This is so worth the money. RAM calls me twice a year to schedule this maintenance, and whenever I have needed small repairs, such as a replacement thermostat, I paid nothing extra.
