Friday the water line at my home blew out....water water everywhere, but thankfully the pipe broke…read moreright at the point that it enters the outside of the kitchen wall. Called a local plumbing co, but it was Sat. and no help. Mon morning I called the firm I had sent emails to on Sat. morning talked to a nice lady who informed me that they could be out about 2:00 p.m to check out the damage and give me an estimate that would cost $69. If I allowed them to do the work the $69 would apply to the cost of the work. As I was out of water for the entire weekend I decided to see if I could find someone who could come out earlier. I contacted Cajun Maintenance and was told that a plumber would be out before 0800. True to their promise a plumber arrived, looked over the problem, and wrote me a quote. I looked it over and agreed to the work and the price. The young plumber was well versed in his job because he went to work and had main feeder pipe removed at the site of the split in it. Went in from under the sink, cut the bad pipe from the inside of the house, cut a length of pipe that he soldered at the place he cut the old pipe out. Reconnected faucet and everything worked as it should. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I paid the plumber the fee that he quoted to me....It was a fair cost for getting to me as soon as I called, professional work, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely call Cajun Maintenance in Denham Springs if I need fast, professional service at a reasonable and fair price. Do yourself a favor and a Cajun Maintenance when you are in a bind and need help. You won't be disappointed.

Cajun Maintenance came out 3 times to relight it, speaking with the manufactuer while here the last. I was told that it was installed with 100% accuracy and my attic had the required ventilation. Cajun does not want to come out any longer and the manufacture told to to 'put a fan in my attic". I am not happy at all with the situation. I spent nearly $1800 on this. Had i known of this in advance, i would never have hired them.

Imagine a person with OCD deciding to start a business cleaning septic systems, and you have Bracy's! Y'all, I never had a septic system before moving to this house, I didn't know you have to pump them er now and then. As a result, we lived here 15 years without having this done. Talk about the things we take for granted, I can now enjoy a full bath, secure in the knowledge that when I drain my tub my toilets no longer bubble like caldrons! I can do a large load of clothes and NOT have the washing machine drain eerily into my master bathroom shower. I didn't realize how great of a job he did until I had to use someone else after the flood who was no where near as thorough and good as Bracy's!
