I started going to this salon over a year ago, which was a big move for me because prior to this I had the same hairstylist for 11 years but I finally got tired of scheduling my appointments weeks in advance. At first I used Stephanie who always did exactly what I asked for, explaining everything along the way which was helpful. A few months ago I was in desperate need of a haircut and getting my roots done and Stephanie wasn't available so I made an appointment with Donna and I am so glad I did. The fact that she has naturally curly hair like me was probably the reason I got one of the best haircuts of my life. Now when I make an appointment I always request her. Besides this, the place is clean, the staff is nice, Jon Paul is the funniest and my boys get their hair cut by the barber there (Terrance). DEL RIO SALON AND SPA! Under New Management :) I can rave enough how much I love this place, I just wish I had more time to go and have my services done. When I do get my day off from my busy work and life scheduled this is the one place I love go to. I have my spa and salon services done. The Facials are amazing! There is nothing negative to say about this salon!! From the staff to the service and the updates!! I took my daughter to get her hair done by Donna and makeup done by Jessica for the prom last week and they did a fantastic job for her. As I waited, I also got a color by Stepanie which looks amazing!!! I'm going to purchase a party package for my daughters sweet 16 so all her friends can get a facial, hair and makeup done for the party. John Paul is incredible!!! I went in a red head and wanted to go platinum. I showed him a picture and it came out exactly like it. He was attentive, on top of it, kept checking to make sure it wasn't over-processed. Knew exactly how to get the desired results. I love it even more today if that's possible. What a great experience! The staff was so kind and couldn't be more friendly. The salon is so clean and well maintained. I had my hair cut and a biolage done. The price was so reasonable and my hair came out amazing. I have very thick long hair, and have always had a hard time getting the cut and color to look natural. My facial with Jesscia was amazing!!! She definitely knows her stuff I was so relaxed the music was perfect. I think I might of fell asleep at one point. Del Rio is one of my favorite places. If your looking for a personalized care I recommend Del Rio. I have been to many places and have finally found a home here. John Paul rocks it with his hair artistry and Jill gives the best facials. If waxing is one of your things, Jill is the one to go to. Finally I have have found someone who doesn't hurt or bruise me! I had to get my haircut before a wedding, and not only did they squeeze me in but they did a superb job on cleaning and cutting my hair.
