Is there anything worse than public laundromats? Not this one!! Super clean and low key. It's a small spot which can get crowded at times, but usually whenever I go (around 4pm) it's not too bad and I always get a spot. It's off the main road and doesn't attract a ton of attention or those creepy people who usually hang out outside laundromats (every patchogue laundromat ever on main st, I'm looking at you). They have daily specials like free dryer sheets, etc. Love this place for what it is and I happened to catch a beautiful sky outside one day too :) read more

DO NOT USE THE DROP OFF SERVICE! The owners are alright and the place is clean but the ladies working are nasty they make fun of my Son with autism clothes and my clothing because They smell. I have seizures where I have accidents and my son is potty training. We're human and I don't need to be harassed or made to feel bad for my clothes being "smelly". On top of that they loose your clothing and don't bother to call or let you know. The owners state the ladies are allowed to pick and choose whose clothing they wash. They don't even feel bad about there actions. Just an awful experience. Please spend the night extra money somewhere else. read more

This is probably one if he best laundromats I've been in. I live in a complex and do have washer and dryer centers, but they have done nothing but destroy our clothes and they're too small anyway. This place is super super clean, even the bathroom is clean and fresh. The machines don't only take quarters they have applepay and or you can swipe your debit or credit card just to pay! Brand new high end machines. That work great, actually have a time on them too so you know when everything will be done ! Have to bring kids ? No problem they have two tables with books some games and TVs to keep everyone entertained. After half hr Grimey places I've been to between Patchogue and oakdale... this is the one I'll come back to! read more

On 12/3 I went with my wife to drop off laundry. Her grandfather had just died, and we were busy running around making preparations and going to the wake and the funeral so we didn't have time to be dragging our laundry across our courtyard to the washers and dryers outside. We've also been trying to do our laundry at our apartment even though the washing machines are gross to save money. The moment we got to the laundromat, the older woman Marcia who has glasses, who we have met before, was immediately nasty. In the past other staff members told me that she told them she didn't want to wash our clothes, and would leave them for other people to wash. She said, 'what, did you move, come back?' And my wife replied we didn't have time to do it this week. And she said 'this week?!' My wife asked if she was judging her and this woman says, 'yeah, I am.' So my wife said - if you're going to judge us maybe we'll go somewhere else. And then she just stopped talking. She is constantly rude, and I believe in our case it's because we are a same sex couple. This woman's entire job revolves around customer service and dealing with the public. I'm going to be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The owner of the business said that he was going to talk to me about what happened, and although he has called me once and I missed his call, I called him back and he hasn't taken my calls. He said his brother who he owns the business with was going to call me and I haven't heard from him. I would definitely consider taking your business elsewhere. read more

I absolutely love this laundromat. Unfortunately, there is a nasty women that works there that the other employees knows is nasty, and yet they don't do anything about her. Here is what happened: Before the attendant (I wish I got her name) she even said a word to me I heard her make comments to anyone who would listen, I am not getting out of here on time. I can feel the dirty looks... I let it roll because this one is known for her bitchey attatude... I get there at about 715, at 745 the attendent is like how much more you have? I'm like quite a bit. She like last wash is at 8. I said I know, but I've been here and there are no available machines... Then she comes to me, asks me before I set up if I could wait so she can mop the floor and close down one side so she can get out at 10. I said there are no tables avalible, if there were I would. She goes, by the time your clothes are done in the dryer, they will be gone. I said no, I hang them up wet. She sucks her teeth and walks away... I repeat if there was a table avalible I would... She then comes to me again and demands I take a load of wash out and put it in the dryer. That's when I had enough of her telling me what to do and butting into my business. I tell her, they are not going in the dryer to myob. That's when she tells me to never come back again. My husband get there, and I tell him what happened. She starts fighting with me... again. She tried denying that she told me to get out. I said you told me to not come back again, right? She said yes, I said same thing. You kicked me out. She then tred telling me she asked me to take my clothes out and put them in the dryer. I told her you ordered me to do it. I finally got her to admit she she ordered me rather then asking me. She also told me, no one speak to me the way you do, that's why your not allowed back here. I said, the same goes for you. But you will have to explain to your boss why you lost him so much business because I not only have one family worth of laundry, but two here. I honestly thinkshe does it to be because she thinks she can get away with it. A combination between her being ungrateful for her job and wantING to get out early and she probably thinks I'm a teenager and thinks she can order customers around. What gets me, is not once but every time I go there she singles me out. This time it was the time of the load. A guy came in with a suite, one basket load, after 8pm and she did not say anything to him. But the one that is bringing a lot more business gets hell? The last time I was there I needed a certain size washer. She refused to take someone else's laundry out for me, but she took my laundry out the washer because someone needed it, not once but twice. This is discrimination and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this kind of behavior to happen at your laundrymat. In addition, my mom has been tring to contact the owners, and its been 4 weeks now, with no phone call back. Here is the thing, we want to come back, if we knew the situation was resolved. but employing an extremely rude, nasty, and judgemental employee is not something me or my family can stand behind. read more

Horrible. The women that work here are two of the rudest people I have ever come across. All I did was walk in with two laundry bags and they just stared at me rolling their eyes and shaking their heads while scoffing. I stood there for a good 5 minutes until one of them finally came up behind the desk to help me but still shaking her head while the other lady screamed to me from across the room "well it won't be done til Tuesday". To have such an attitude with someone just for walking in with their laundry TO A LAUNDROMAT is so insane I just said forget it and walked out. They clearly don't want customers. Very rude woman who works there Tuesday nights. She refused me service just because I got there 2min after 8pm. They are open till 10pm. I could have done my laundry and been out of there by 9:30pm. But she refused me. I'm a weekly customer... have been for several months now. I also have a job and needed to do my laundry at night. Went through great lengths to get there by 8pm. I went to this location because its clean and organized but today as i came in to put my clothes in the dryer there were no Dryers available so I asked the lady if I could put my clothing aside and come back shortly she said no really nasty to me and continued to talk about me behind my back as i was clearly able to hear her. So now my faimly of 6 laundry that i wash twice or more a week will never come back to this location ever!! My entire family lives in bayport and are volunteer fire fighters and law enforcement so I promise to spread the word of the poor custom service and rude employee at his location. I started going to this laundromat a couple of years ago because they do give perks which are fun. Now with COVID, we have to wear masks. However, I know people use other safety precautions when using a public facilities. However, I observed a customer who I have seen before sanitizing counters. But it today it was unbearable when he began to pour Clorox bleach onto his white tee shirts onto the counter and take a cloth scrubbing stains that only he could see. I was afraid he was going to splash his Clorox onto my dark clothes.He proceeded to carry a few pieces of clothing at a time to walk to the other side of the laundromat with fumes of bleach permeating the air. Can you imagine how hard it is to breathe behind a mask in a laundromat with hot dryers running Stain removal can be done at home This precaution could trigger an asthma attack in other consumers. People have bathtubs, sinks and showers to pre-wash stains before laundering in public. I think this is called being inconsiderate, if bleach is left in counter it ruins another patron clothing. I will take precautions now to avoid an asthma attack and damage to my clothing. read more

The absolute best Laundry I've been to. I was doing my 5 and last load on Sunday night when I realized I was short 1.25 for the machine and had nothing to dry them when they were done. Both owners Cory and Shaun were there and they gave me a $5 bill and said don't worry about. A couple of stand up gentlemen. I finished folding the last of my clothes and returned the $.75 to them. I returned the next day with a $20 gift card each for Starbucks just to show my appreciation. Strongly recommend this establishment. read more

Not sure about the actual machines, doing your own laundry here I'm sure is fine. As far as the drop off laundry service goes, the rudeness of the ladies that work here is unreal!!! I gave them several tries. I went there 12 times to be exact! Even tried to bring them coffee to get on their good side since my business requires weekly laundry service. Nasty attitudes every time! Very disappointing since the location of this place was perfect for my business. I'm now in search of a new laundry service. I'm sure I'm not the only one who encounters the nasty sneers and bad attitude when they when they walk in. Hopefully someone will get the hint eventually. read more

I came in with 3 bags of clothing to do a laundry drop off for my job. As they were weighing the bags and giving me my total the woman behind the counter told me 'maybe Wednesday-Thursday' mind you it was only Monday. I completely understood as they seemed to have a lot of drop off orders. However when I told them I needed everything no later than Friday morning both employees got very nasty telling me that even the Wednesday-Thursday was a stretch and there was no guarantee when anything would be finished. How can you I run a business that way? I was not happy with the way I was spoken to and ended up taking my things to another laundromat in town that would have everything done the next day. Just got back from a trip and had a ton of laundry. I wanted to get it done as quickly as I could. Separated the laundry and walked in and got two clean machines next to each other and wham bam got the laundry done. Dryers worked great and folding area was clean and plentiful. Had never been there before and the attendant was informative and very helpful and pleasant. After reading the other comments about the attendants I wanted to enter the place with a smile and pleasant attitude. It really goes along way. This Laundramat is wonderful! The people who work here are friendly, helpful & professional. I normally do my laundry myself. They have machines that accept credit cards, which is amazing and convenient. Yesterday, I dropped off my laundry to have it done. I am working so much as a RN and haven't been able to do it. I dropped it off early afternoon and , joyously, they texted me, it was ready by 9pm! I picked it up at 9:30, after work. My laundry was perfectly folded, organized and packaged and I was amazed!! It smelled so great I live in Ronkonkoma but travel to this Laundramat for excellence! Thank you All, so much! read more

The absolute WORST attitudes on the two women that work there. They have literally turned down my laundry because there was too much of it, and act annoyed when I come in to drop it off. I am always really nice and respectful. I'm a teacher and a mother of three, by no means am I a derelict or sketchy person walking in. I'm just a mom with a lot of laundry. I'm literally trying to give you my money and your job is to do laundry, I don't understand what the attitude is, especially when you're paid by the pound. Have used them all summer and fall, but I will never be returning. My husband and I have been joking about her rude the women are for months but today was it for me. Wish the owner knew what rude humans were working for them that are turning away business from families in the community. After reading the other reviews I feel better knowing it's not just me, but jeez these ladies made me upset today. There was no need to be so rude. read more

Well priced, clean & good hours. If you have the opportunity to use free drying on Tuesday, please do so. I've washed here and dropped off and have been happy with both services. I love that the machines take cards. However, the costumer service lately has been a bit lacking. There is one older woman there who is honestly quite nasty. I don't frequently engage with her but when I do, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. So, as laundromats go in the year 2017, at this time of day it is "A" okay. Machines are available, no hostile wankers, no perverts, no thieves...and the female attendant, no matter what day or hour, is always very professional, helpful and sweet. No attitudes here. However, on a Sunday, as a female alone or during certain week nights you need to watch your stuff. I have experienced aggressive males and have had a pair of my favorite jeans stolen, soak and wet, by a pair of young girls with their parents no less. In any laundromat you will get seedy types, vagabonds and druggies. But all in all this place is very, very, very clean and as long as you watch your stuff and ignore the rest it is a gem. In the end, all we all want people is "clean" clothes! We are all the same. Only issue ongoing is people think they are above special and put their clothes in machines and disappear for three hours, tying up machines and dryers. Management will take them out if asked. Then you see these people come back in with an attitude like "where are my clothes?" Seriously? read more
