She just received them and called me to say how happy she is - she was nearly in tears, she said, and forwarded a picture of the bouquet. I was really skeptical after reading that sites like FTD and ProFlowers had terrible reviews, so I decided to go local. I noted that Kathy's website is run in part by something called Teleflora, and some of the bouquets we're labeled specifically as Teleflora. I didn't know if that meant I was paying Kathy's to order flowers from somewhere else or something, so I ordered a bouquet that didn't have their tag on it. Not sure if it made a difference but I uploaded the photo my mom sent and you can see how pretty the arrangement is. Anyway, I'm really pleased that Kathy's took such great care of my mom.
