My dog loves laying outside and I don't mind anymore because we no longer have dirt. The grass is soft and easy to clean as well as keep clean. I can even use my wet/dry vac to vacuum leaves and stuff. It took a days work to install and it's added allot of living space for the family. I do wish there was a bit more communication but I believe it's because of recent ownership changes. I also wished we could of paid with credit card. Now and days with vendors it's easier for disputes if a warranty issue comes up and the protection a credit cards give. I've been burned way to many times after handing over cash prior to a job being done.
