Long story short the screws missing were kingpin nylon screws and had come out because they were not properly tightened. I contacted pigeons about it and they TOTALLY tried to blame me for it saying " we have proof of quality before shipping our skates out". I ended up taking my skates to another shop who I won't name because I don't want then involved but they found MULTIPLE dangerous issues with my skates. They fixed them right and they have been perfect ever since. I will NEVER go back to pigeons.
