Beautiful natural lighting in a quaint atmosphere with free and easy parking . Please support this place so they can stick around. I'm glad the kings helped to revitalize his place after it first shut down. Hidden gem in the southbay definitely worth patronizing .

Such a fun spot to come with family and friends. Make sure you wear comfy clothes and a bit warm…read morecause it can get a bit chilly. As you enter you come across a small little office entrance area and that is where you purchase your admission and they give you a bracelet and then you walk a few more steps and you get your skates that's included in the price you pay $27 per adult ice skates included. They have a cool area where you can sit down kind of like benches and they are next to some lockers that you can leave your stuff at but they do not lock just FYI. Their bathrooms are very clean male and female restrooms separate as well. The padding on the floor is the same throughout the whole place so that way you don't have to take them off and then put them back on. We did the 1pm-3pm slot so you have enough time to bring in the rink. We had a blast and if you aren't the best but still want to participate they have these small little stands to help you navigate and you do pay extra for them. They are helpful but I think they should invest in some for adults that way they are a bit taller and you don't have to crouch down makes it hard. The ones they have are meant for kids, still helpful but that would be nice if they did have bigger ones. They do have vending machines if you want a snack and water bottles but if you bring your swell they have a water fountain. The staff here were very nice so I appreciated that we had a pretty good group of 20 so they were very accommodating as well. Can't wait to be back!

Three sheets of ice, but the kids played on the main rink the kings practice on. Plenty of bleacher seats available and the upstairs enclosed area also has plenty of seating, small pro shop with skate sharpening, and quite an extensive menu for food and drinks. Not sure about skating times, prices, skate rentals, etc. but if you just want to watch some hockey or people skating or just get out of the heat, this is a really nice place to hang out for a few hours.

The practice open public skate hours are posted and it's good place to ice skate and they also have private parties for kids birthday celebrations you can book. The instructors are friendly as well as work well with kids and groups of children. I think they also offer private lessons too. There is an in-house pro-shop selling ice skating gear including hockey equipment. Yes! The NHL's Los Angeles Kings appeared on 02/22/26 Sunday midday around 10am-12 noon for practice and the public viewing was free too! That's always a bonus pleasant surprise.

ENTRANCE/TICKETS/RENTALS: Be here early and prepurchase your tickets to get in faster, or you'll…read morehave to wait in a LONG line, you also HAVE To purchase skate rentals or bring your own skates to go in (YES you can byoskates) Brought a friend who can't skate and we had to get her rentals even tho she wasn't gonna (& didn't) skate(Just fyi). If you bring your own you don't have to rent or pay a fee, just your ticket for entry. It's been more packed now so the line to get in is longer, getting a table is harder, parking is worse. PARKING: The parking lot is small so I had to park around the block, but it's not a long walk. But now that's it's busier you have to drive around the block tryna find street parking. INSIDE: The place itself is super cute. They have a small store where you can purchase skates and skate accessories, They have tables and lockers, Vending machines, photo booth, the skate rental area, bathrooms and floor is carpet(for safety) and of course the skating rink. FOOD: They also sell food and beverages. And have vending machines next to the rink. Water, Soda, pizza, slushys, popcorn, nachos and a few more things I can't think of right now( basically snacking food). Online they have their calendar with the "events". Each "event" is themed/based on a. Artist, music genre, or age range. Some nights are 18+ others are all ages. So I would recommend looking into the theme of the night before going.

The first 30…read moreminutes were actually enjoyable -- it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to skate comfortably. Unfortunately, after that, the rink became extremely crowded and the temperature inside became very uncomfortable. It got to the point where it was difficult to enjoy skating because there were so many people on the floor and it was so hot. The concession lines were very long, and the prices felt high. I was also disappointed by the policy that outside water and snacks are not allowed. When I was paying at the window, I was told I could not bring in my water bottle (I explained it was empty), and I was eventually told "ok". However, having to pay 50 cents just to refill a water bottle seems excessive, especially at a place where people are exercising and getting overheated. Plus, having to wait in line is very inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what we got. If the rink were less crowded, better ventilated, and more accommodating with basic necessities like water, it would be a much better experience.
