This ice cream shop is tucked inside a residential area right across from the marina, they have quite a few tables and benches inside and outside but the bonus is really taking your treats across the street to the marina and being on the waterfront. All their flavors are really good, they always have at least 20 to choose from and they have soft serve as well. They offer a lot of different dietary options like sugar free, dairy free, etc. they make sundaes, shakes, they have a ton of different cones to choose from and they are so affordable!! This place is fantastic! I had possibly the best 2-scoop waffle cone ice cream ever here last week. The ice cream flavors were delicious and the chocolate/Sprinkle dipped cone was so fresh and crispy. We chose to eat inside in the ac and it was very comfortable. If it wasn't so hot- there's seating outside and across the street overlooking the marina. Can't wait to go back! read more

So glad that I was told to come here! The ice cream is awesome & the prices are extremely reasonable! The place is very small and you could easily pass it if you blink. There are some tables inside and outside by why sit inside when you have the beautiful waterfront only steps away !? I decided to taste the cookie dough chocolate chip ice cream and I was instantly sold! There were over 20 flavors to choose from! They have many different options of cones to choose from as well. I paid $5 for a large chocolate dipped waffle cone with two different flavors. This dessert alone filled me up quite a bit and it was so delicious. I had one scoop of hazelnut and one school of cappuccino crunch. I loved the cappuccino I just wasn't a big fan of the crunchy toffee bits because they were too sweet for my liking. The Hazelnut was super rich but just too strong for me. The line here gets seriously long because of the variety they offer but it's definitely worth a visit. read more

This ice cream shop is very charming. As previously posted by some other customers, it's Hershey's, but it's very good. They have a good amount of unique flavors to choose from. The salted caramel vanilla truffle and the coconut almond are my favorites. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the staff member that was assisting us with our order was wearing her face mask just over her mouth and her nose wasn't covered at all. While we were ordering, she kept pulling her face mask down under her mouth to respond to us (as she was scooping the ice cream). Really? They have a great amount of flavors at a fair price and the inside of the shop is clean with plentiful areas so sit. Can get crowded on summer nights and the parking is a little annoying - but overall a great ice cream shop. read more

We are from out of state came to Perth to attend a funeral. After driving by when admiring the area by the marina we noticed this location. Went in did notice it was very bright but small, cute and innocent. The ice cream was delicious my husband had pumpkin and I got cookies and cream. Love bay side creamery. They are awesome. The customer service is the best. I see that a lot of the kids working there are from the academy and they have the best manner and always very pleasant. It can get very very busy but you WILL NEVER see them get rude or frustrated. I will drive a few miles, and pass the ice cream shop by my house just to come down to the water front to enjoy their fresh delicious ice cream. I make sure to brag to everyone at the hospital about bay side and when ever we have dinners at the armory we make sure to have our desert at the quaint bay side creamery. read more

I loved this ice cream shop when I was growing up, but after hurricane sandy they switched management and things turned to shit. They used to have soft serve, 30 flavors of "hard" serve, dozens of toppings and a great atmosphere. Now, theres no soft serve, hardly any toppings (they don't even have brownies), and basic flavors. They reconstructed the inside in a terrible way- the counter is now huge and takes up a large portion of the room. Generally, it's a wasted space. The room lighting is too bright and a lot of space for seating was replaced with an oversized counter. Now there is only 1 table to fight over. The ice cream is just decent. I'm not usually someone who posts reviews, but as someone who watched this store go from a wonderful ice cream shop to a mediocre shop consisting of "sundaes" I could easily just make at home, I am extremely disappointed. read more

Absolutely rudest customer service I ever experienced. The people working there literally "rock, papers, scissors, shoot" to see who would take our order. It was dead in there and we seemed to be a nuisance to them by coming in. The ice cream itself was subpar and had a huge chunk of ice in it when I got to the middle. I've never been so annoyed walking into an establishment and being treated in that manner. Definitely will never be going back. read more
