From the moment I walked in, the staff and dentist treated me with kindness and compassion -- they're truly angels. The dentist not only reattached my crown affordably, but she also took the time to show me that the previous dentist hadn't sealed it properly, which explained the discoloration I was seeing. I have good insurance, so they said I would only need to pay $79, which I did in office. However since then, they have billed me for more money and when I call in, they say someone will get back to me. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard back from their team despite inquiring 3 times! They recently emailed me to remind me to pay my $75 balance but haven't explained what it is for.
