Staying across the street from her shop while on a trip and desperately needed my doddle clipped much shorter. Between burrs, stickers and sand, she was a mess and so was I trying to keep her clean and OK. Dropped in Friday late afternoon and Shalagh came in early the next day to give Sydney, my 3 yr old goofy doddle a much needed bath and haircut. She did a terrific job and besides my dog looking great, she is no longer a magnet for dirt, sand and burrs... we went to 2 different beaches today, and then a trail hike and what a difference.. so easy now with her hair much shorter.. This is a great shop and Shalagh is a skilled dog groomer and a very wonderful person., she gets dogs, big time..

Jax followed her happily to the van and was happy while being groomed. None of the shaking and crying that I have experienced when taking him to a groomers. Jax is part terrier and does not like to have his feet touched. Julianna firmly and lovingly told him that teeth are not acceptable. The grooming was exactly what we asked for. Jax looks and smells great, without strong scents or perfumes. I already made our next appointment. I highly recommend Julianna and her services.

Absolutely would not recommend this grooming business to anyone…read more They were over an hour late on the original appointment, so we rescheduled. On the rescheduled day, they were still 25 minutes late and only contacted me because I reached out first to see if they were even coming. Before leaving to run errands, we were assured by the groomer, Justin, that the dogs would be put away safely and securely and that the gate would be properly closed. Based on that assurance, we felt comfortable leaving. Shortly after he left, our neighbor called to tell us our dogs were loose, they had gone down our driveway and were walking down a busy street in town. This was terrifying and could have ended in tragedy. Our dogs were thankfully returned by our neighbor, not the groomer. When I called to let him know that the gate was not secured, instead of taking responsibility, he made excuses and insisted he was sure it didn't happen. After inspecting our dogs, it was clear the grooming itself was also subpar. They still had dirt around their nails and dirt all over their bodies. They were not properly cleaned, and the service was absolutely not worth the money. Between the repeated lateness, lack of communication, serious safety issue, poor grooming quality, and refusal to take accountability, this was an extremely upsetting experience. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service.
