Do not recommend! We used their services for a couple of years and initially were very happy with them, even referring several friends and family members. Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism declined significantly. We had multiple appointments where services we specifically booked were not provided due to their internal miscommunication. They are also frequently late. Despite requesting breed-specific cuts, we were sometimes assigned someone who couldn't provide the requested cut, without being notified, and given a "summer cut" instead. When we tried to address these issues, our calls and messages were ignored rather than handled professionally. It's disappointing because we genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business, but after repeated issues and a lack of accountability, we can no longer recommend them. read more

Max has done a great job grooming my cat. He's prompt, considerate, loving and careful with my girl. She has a double coat (Norwegian Forest Cat) and that is tricky to trim. The price is fair and the service has been great. I can't recommend this business enough. read more

Absolutely would not recommend this grooming business to anyone. They were over an hour late on the original appointment, so we rescheduled. On the rescheduled day, they were still 25 minutes late and only contacted me because I reached out first to see if they were even coming. Before leaving to run errands, we were assured by the groomer, Justin, that the dogs would be put away safely and securely and that the gate would be properly closed. Based on that assurance, we felt comfortable leaving. Shortly after he left, our neighbor called to tell us our dogs were loose, they had gone down our driveway and were walking down a busy street in town. This was terrifying and could have ended in tragedy. Our dogs were thankfully returned by our neighbor, not the groomer. When I called to let him know that the gate was not secured, instead of taking responsibility, he made excuses and insisted he was sure it didn't happen. After inspecting our dogs, it was clear the grooming itself was also subpar. They still had dirt around their nails and dirt all over their bodies. They were not properly cleaned, and the service was absolutely not worth the money. Between the repeated lateness, lack of communication, serious safety issue, poor grooming quality, and refusal to take accountability, this was an extremely upsetting experience. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service. read more

last week i believe thursday Max came to groom my over 16 year old dog. within 5 minites the door bell rang d he was holding my dog dripping wet and one nail bleeding. he said Cooper was throwing up. and didnt want to continue. he had his harness i. his hand. I was not able to reach a person. They communicated by text. They had one 3-hour window for the appt, from 4-7 pm. The person who arrived was not any of the staff shown on the website.
