Absolutely would not recommend this grooming business to anyone. They were over an hour late on the original appointment, so we rescheduled. On the rescheduled day, they were still 25 minutes late and only contacted me because I reached out first to see if they were even coming. Before leaving to run errands, we were assured by the groomer, Justin, that the dogs would be put away safely and securely and that the gate would be properly closed. Based on that assurance, we felt comfortable leaving. Shortly after he left, our neighbor called to tell us our dogs were loose, they had gone down our driveway and were walking down a busy street in town. This was terrifying and could have ended in tragedy. Our dogs were thankfully returned by our neighbor, not the groomer. When I called to let him know that the gate was not secured, instead of taking responsibility, he made excuses and insisted he was sure it didn't happen. After inspecting our dogs, it was clear the grooming itself was also subpar. They still had dirt around their nails and dirt all over their bodies. They were not properly cleaned, and the service was absolutely not worth the money. Between the repeated lateness, lack of communication, serious safety issue, poor grooming quality, and refusal to take accountability, this was an extremely upsetting experience. I would strongly caution anyone against using this service. read more

It is really convenient that Biscuits and Baths comes to good my dog. When they came last time my poodle's haircut was uneven and she didn't look like a poodle. This combined with unable to get ahold of them is too much of a challenge. My life is too busy to deal with this. The groomer who came showed up when they said and was very nice. read more

I would recommend Saleak of Biscuits and Baths Mobile Pet Grooming. My dogs only needed baths, nails clipped and undercoat removal for one of them. Saleak arrived on time and did a good job with both dogs. He was very accommodating of my arthritic 14 year old, 65 pound dog. I was not able to reach a person. They communicated by text. They had one 3-hour window for the appt, from 4-7 pm. The person who arrived was not any of the staff shown on the website. He had not received the information I had given that my dog was fearful. He performed an acceptable but unimpressive job of trimming the face and feet. Our dog received a good bath. I have a standard poodle and she needed a grooming while we spent a couple months in the area. I had two requests: Cut the hair about half its current length and leave her face full (sometimes called a bear face). Nothing fancy--just bathe her and cut her hair. She had a few mats, but a professional could work thru them (as our regular groomer had done in the past). He worked in his trailer in my driveway. After about an hour and half, I received a bathed dog with very short hair and a shorn snout. Unlike most professional groomers, he used electric shears almost entirely instead of scissors for sensitive areas and around the face. He trimmed her head unlike any poodle you have ever seen. He didn't do the two things I asked him to do. I give him more than the minimum because he did pluck her ears and left her tail full. But, Never again. read more
