The second inspection found 21 additional items, 19 of which were deemed significant and some were also safety concerns. Based on this second report, the Builder came back and made required repairs. This was brought to the attention of the owner of Eagle Eye, but there was no follow-up on his part (i.e., no offer to reimburse part of their inspection fee or anything).
