For someone just taking a blind leap, I couldn't be happier with my choice. Right after I started my sessions my husband had an acute injury to his back and the surgeon wanted him to try therapy before he considered surgery which he did not want to do. He knew about PT Solutions through me and so he too signed up. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is an RN. We have a fair amount of experience with physical therapy modalities and can certainly recognize competency in the staff. The therapist, Diana is very knowledgeable and we felt at ease with her immediately. There was a student there being mentored by Diane so she was in teaching mode and having two sets of eyes and input was doubly instructive. I finished my therapy before my husband and I was thoroughly instructed on home exercises and informed I could come back in for "fine tuning" at any time. My husband finished today. He has had chronic back pain for years and since faithfully doing his exercises he has had a remarkable recovery. We both will continue our home exercises because we certainly have seen the benefit. I cannot recommend PT Solutions enough. The clinic is spacious, clean and attractive. Diane is excellent. If PT is in your future, please consider this clinic. You will not regret your decision.

I decided that I was done with this not it all, so I called them out on it and he replied and who is the one yelling in the hallway, victim blaming, gaslighting, medical gaslighting and a typical narcissist. I've been to 13 doctors and this thinks he knows my body better than me! How is it ok to push a medication that you are allergic to and get away with it. Well he did. Nothing I can do but write a review because it's his word against mine in this world we live in. One of these days he's going to have a lawsuit against him! Do not go there, especially if you see Dr. Bloomfield.

I thought at that point it was over. Nope a few days later they charge me again on the previous credit card that I had used. Without authorization. The billing department has both people out now so I can't even talk to anyone about the issue. Now, while waiting for one of them to get back in the office... I just received another email saying my payment is due. Be very careful with billing this practice has issues with it.

Here's what to expect: Location: Super easy to find - nothing confusing about navigating to the office. Parking: Plenty of free parking in the lot - steps away from office front door. Ease of Appointment: Dr.Jaqua worked around my schedule - not many doctors will see you at 4:30 on a Friday. Wait Time: Virtually no wait time. Waiting Room: Comfy, bright, cheerful and "homey" as opposed to sterile. Front Desk Staff: From the minute I stepped into this office, I felt welcome. Robin greeted me as if we went way back, so warm, personable and kind. I couldn't help but feel relaxed and at ease. Treatment/Consult: Dr. Jaqua listened to my many ailments and lengthy health history without judgement (wow!) while making suggestions and sharing insights along the way. I'm a big baby, so I was a bit concerned that the adjustment would hurt. Not the case! The special chiropractic chair has this somewhat odd dropping mechanism - it's part of the adjustment process. Dr. Jaqua prepared me and walked me through the steps as not to create an unpleasant surprise when applying pressure. I survived - piece of cake - and would definitely recommend everyone get adjusted. Payment: Insurance is accepted (I have Cigna), however if you don't have insurance, I believe the cash visit charge is only a few dollars more than the specialist copay rate, which is an awesome option.

The doctor tried to talk me out of it, said PT would be "just exercises" and instead, offered me pain killers and steroids. But as a dancer, I have never been lazy or looking to skate by and mask my problems with pills. More pills, more problems is my motto. Anyway, luckily, I found Chet. Chet showed me some awesome neck exercises, evaluated my keyboard equipment for me, recommended I start sleeping with a wrist brace at night. And now, four months after therapy sessions, I am PAIN FREE. Of course, I do my part by keeping up with the exercises at home, but I can't thank him enough for his care.

I came for therapy for my back after falling on a tile floor. Chet, the manager, worked out a plan specific to my injury , explaining how certain routines helped strengthen muscles, taking some strain from my back, etc. He and Cody, also a trained therapist, worked with me to improve my balance, as well. They reviewed with me specifics of my progress. I could always count on a friendly personal greeting from the guys in the front who take care of things up there. Serious work is being done here but there is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that puts a newcomer at ease. I definitely recommend PT Solutions!
