OMG! Had the windows cleaned today and I had forgotten what a HUGE difference these squeaky clean windows make!!! I couldn't believe it. Please put me on a recurring schedule! Everything was so flawless and fast. From the initial quote to the scheduling and the actual cleaning. And all of that at great prices on top of it! Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called to get a quote for window and sky light cleaning for my house. The owner came to my house in person and gave me a quote. I hired them and scheduled immediately based upon the price that I was told. After completing my window cleaning and when the workers were in their truck about to leave, I noticed that a number of my windows were not actually clean (pictures attached). They still had dirt, bad water marks, drips and even some of my kids hand print smudges still on the glass. My sky light also did not look like it had been cleaned. The owner told me that because I had only asked for my windows to be cleaned (what other specifics does he think I should have included to make it clear to him that I wanted my windows to be clean?), he was only doing a window cleaning service and that hard water spots were not included. I informed him that my new sliding door with the water marks was brand new and had not been extensively exposed to hard water. He said this was some different type of service, which had never been offered or conveyed to me, even after he saw my windows in person. He told me this was industry standard but I have had my windows cleaned a number of times by different companies and have never had these issues. When I told the field manager that my sky light did not look like it had been cleaned, he said that if a customer does not specify that they want both the inside and outside cleaned, they only clean the outside. The workers also dropped dirty water all over my brand new carpet (pictures attached). While I appreciate the company coming back to fix the issues, I will not be using them again. When someone hires a company to clean their windows for $310 that should include both inside and outside and they should actually be clean when they are finished. This company gave me a low price in an attempt to reel me in and then try to add on additional "services" to increase the price after the job had begun. read more

Extremely professional. Hard working. Wonderful results. Carlos and Antonio arrived 10 minutes early. They cleaned all windows inside and out, window screens, and exterior of home. The difference is amazing. They wore face masks the entire time, wore booties over their shoes when inside, and took all necessary precautions to protect outdoor speakers, motion sensors, furniture, etc. from being damaged by water. Larry's "response" is a complete joke. Stay away from this company. First, he never said anything about anything about Screaming Deals making a mistake about the deal. Secondly, there was never any discussion about coming before or after the holidays. After they finally returned our call to schedule an appointment, we set a day for service. They failed to show up that day and then never called us back after we tried to reach them more than 10 times. I can't believe this jerk now has the nerve to respond to my Yelp review 7 months later, when he wouldn't even return our phone calls. His "response" is a total fabrication. As a business owner myself, I'm shocked that he refuses to apologize or acknowledge his mistakes. read more

I have used Bayside Window Cleaning for about 10 years. Very reasonable prices and I have been pleased with their services. My parents have used them as well, only once did they have a problem where the tracks weren't totally cleaned but they came out without hesitation and re-cleaned them. In Bayside's defense my parents window tracks were pretty dirty to begin with.....The office is very friendly and easy to schedule a cleaning. I totally recommend their services! read more

I booked Bayside Window Cleaning on the recommendation of a friend. The two-man team arrived promptly. They were very considerate about covering their shoes with booties to avoid soiling my floors. They were quick, and conscientious and careful with the windows and screens, and left my windows sparkling! Even the difficult-to-reach windows were completed. I have utilized Bayside for my own home and personal clients many times. Bayside never disappoints and is always on time. I find that Larry the owner is very trust worthy and have referred him to many friends and family. It is important to trust your window washing company as they come inside your home to clean. Lastly, they also offer another service that I can't say enough about. It is called a soft wash on your roof. When I bought my home as a short sale there was a lot of deferred maintenance. They completed a soft wash and my roof looked brand new. All of my neighbors kept asking me when we replaced the roof being they didn't see any construction. The benefits of a clean roof have been tremendous with heating and cooling. I highly recommend this company and their services. read more

I would stay away from this window cleaning service. Destroyed my screens during my last cleaning and left without telling me they broke or were broken. Not even a call. I had to call Bayside Window Cleaning and speak to the owner Larry and was told it was due to age. Yea right, they were just replaced. When I proceed to share with him that my neighbor watched the Bayside Window Cleaning rep twist and turn the screen frames it fell on deaf ears. Bayside window cleaning does excellent work. They do a very thorough job washing inside and out, screens and tracks and never a drop of water on my floors. They were on time and finished in 45 minutes on my 2 story 25+ windows town home. They are also the most reasonably priced I have found. LOVE Bayside!!! Will use again and again. Be careful with this company...very flaky. We purchased a deal from screaming deals and were made to wait for a month which was bad enough, but they never even showed up. When we called them the owner who gave us the original appointment said we weren't on the schedule and that we would have to wait another month until they could come out. He also was really pushing the upsale for additional windows. I guess he wasn't happy that I told him we were only doing the windows that would be cover by the voucher. He finally just said for us to go get our money back from screaming deals. Very bad attitude. There are alot of good deals online but this is not one of them. Big clowns.... read more

Larry has been so faithful about keeping in touch through several years now. He has been flexible and worked within our budget range by doing only certain windows that are most crucial to me at the time. His teams have always been courteous and respectful (they put on shoe covers when they've been outside and are coming inside). They have treated my plants well and not damaged them. They have always showed up when I have expected them. The windows are SO much cleaner than I can ever get them even though they work so fast! I even have them come if there is a storm coming, because the windows shed the storm water and still look beautiful after. read more
