Terrible Experience -- Not Recommended Took my bumper to this shop for painting. The guy promised it would be ready in 3 days, but it took over a month just to paint it. When I finally got it back, the paint didn't even match my car, and instead of fixing it properly, he just glued the bumper on. A few days latter it started to fell off. Another shop that scams people Eli, the owner of Eli's Auto Spa, is a complete scammer. He promised me a 2018-2019 Mustang GT for $16,000 and asked for a $5,000 advance, which I paid. After that, he never ordered the car. Instead, he wasted months claiming he was "looking" while sending me cars worth $50,000+ that we never agreed on. When I asked for a refund, he told me he would pay me back, but instead gave me a fraudulent check that caused problems with my bank. Since then, he's been stalling with excuses -- "IRS took my money," "account on hold," "someone scammed my account." He's only returned small amounts here and there, but after almost a year he still owes me $2,500. He is telling me to hire a lawyer to get the money. Now he's blocked my number, avoids me whenever I go to see him, and keeps running away from paying me back. Don't trust this man with your money ,he is a pure scammer. read more

Very unprofessional and poorly managed experience. I was quoted $300 for window tinting. I called the day before to schedule and was told the shop was full, but that I could come the next morning right when they opened and be the first customer. I arrived on time as agreed and waited outside for 45 minutes before anyone showed up. When someone finally arrived, I was told that the person who does the tinting would not be coming in today, and that they had "just been informed." This was never communicated to me beforehand. I rearranged my schedule and wasted my morning based on what I was promised, only to leave without any service due to a complete lack of communication and organization. Now I'm told to come back another day, when this could have easily been communicated in advance. If you value your time, I would not recommend this place. read more

Came here because I had a persistent tire pressure low warning and had a crappy experience at another shop where they charged me $5 to check my air pressure and wrote off my concerns about having a nail in my tire. Eli was really helpful and gave me some more info so I could take care of it. I also got a tire patch because he actually took the wheel off to check for nails and there was a tiny one. I had a really good experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good auto shop where they don't rip you off. Horrible HORRIBLE !!!! Where do I start ?? My car was brought to Eli towards the end of January, with a broken head light and dented bumper. He quoted me $3200 to fix everything and had it done, or so I thought, in about a week. As soon as I drove off the bumper was coming off. To my surprise he bought a used and broken bumper and had glued it on to my car thinking it would stay. Knowing that the bumper he ordered was already broke and missing clips on the passenger side. Fast forward to almost 5 MONTHS LATER! It is still not fixed. I've brought it back multiple times and it's always "Eli isn't here" "bring it another day" the communication has been horrible he says one day and then ignores me and I go up there and somehow he's always gone dealing with a "family emergency." I had to go up there and yell at everyone for them to take anything seriously, $3200 for a broken bumper ?? Mind you the bumper was never falling off when I brought it to him it was only dented. It was finally fixed at the end of April and I was told I'd be receiving a receipt because he "bought a whole new bumper" I never received one. Now here I am in July and my bumper is falling off because AGAIN IT WAS GLUED AND HE NEVER BOUGHT A NEW BUMPER. Eli is trying to be cheap and cut corners by using used and broken car parts. Definitely would not recommend anyone come here. Super unprofessional and slow. read more

I was initially excited when I found the reviews for this place. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a shop that I can get rims and tires for my car. This shop seemed like a great option seeing as it has reviews from women like myself who want great work that we can trust at great prices. I came to the shop last week and met Ricardo who was nice, but couldn't offer me much info regarding pricing and when exactly I could get work done. Ricardo took my number down in the shop and told me his boss Eli wasn't present, but I could try calling him via the number on the business card. I called Eli and spoke with him about what I was looking for and he was very helpful over the phone and let me know that I could text him rim options. I let Eli know that I needed to get this work done asap and that I'd be willing to come back to the shop later in the day during the time he believed he would be back at the shop to solidify details. After our call, I followed up with a text of rims options I found. I also followed up that day with phone calls and left voicemails. In addition to calling the next day. I've heard nothing since. Maybe this shop is too busy. But I wish that was communicated. My search continues for a shop in the area that will able to get me new rims & tires. Which I am overdue for. read more
