I didn't interact with the staff so I don't know how they are, but the facility was dirty. Like, dirty-dirty. Triple loaders were $2.75 and doubles were $2.00. Didn't get to see the dryer prices because I went ahead and took the risk of seeming stuck up and went the extra couple miles up Alexander to the next one.

Today I noticed the price went up on all the machines and the dry time went down by two minutes. You use to wash a load for a dollar a load (5 loader=5 dollars) and you would get 7 minutes on the dryer. Now all washing machines have gone up by $.50 and dryers are 5 minutes per quarter. It all adds up so I guess I will start going back to the other place. At least I don't have to wait as long for the clothes to wash and dry there. Plus there are ants everywhere now(noticed it on the last visit).

I've not gone to any other place to compare costs, but they provide services that equal the cost. The parking area is well lit, so it doesn't matter the time or day, one feels secure.

You also get a free dry as long as you wash some thing and then anything after that is one cent. If you frequent laundromats, that's a pretty great deal. The only suggestion that I have is to provide more seating there isn't that many seats and every time I go it's a hit or miss if I have somewhere to sit while waiting for my laundry. Very clean!

I have stopped the drop off service y'all offer because the last time I picked my cloths up they smelled like smoke. I'm a non smoker...pretty clear when it's been on or around my cloths. There are large washing machines at the entrance and these bad boys look like they can wash 3 weeks worth of clothes in one wash. These are $8.00 to use. The smaller units took a $1.50 to get going and this is what we chose. Do bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. If you don't you can purchase here as well. Now on to the food and beverage, There is a counter at the front with a soda fountain and beer cooler. Most of your domestics and some imports can be purchased. I went with Dos XX and Tecate. It was $7.58 with the tax for both beers not too bad. As far as food is concerned go next door and place your order to go and just let them know you are next door and they will bring it to you. I ordered the small fried pickles and the trashcan chips which are actually nachos. Upon receiving the orders I found 2 things that were a bit annoying. The ranch dressing was packed in the same box as the hot out of the fryer pickles. This needs to be separated and kept cold. Secondly the trashcan chops were deconstructed? These are not served this way in the restaurant so why would you pack it like this to go especially if we are just next door? Besides the food mishap my experience washing clothes was painless and would gladly wash and dry here again.
