There are large washing machines at the entrance and these bad boys look like they can wash 3 weeks worth of clothes in one wash. These are $8.00 to use. The smaller units took a $1.50 to get going and this is what we chose. Do bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. If you don't you can purchase here as well. Now on to the food and beverage, There is a counter at the front with a soda fountain and beer cooler. Most of your domestics and some imports can be purchased. I went with Dos XX and Tecate. It was $7.58 with the tax for both beers not too bad. As far as food is concerned go next door and place your order to go and just let them know you are next door and they will bring it to you. I ordered the small fried pickles and the trashcan chips which are actually nachos. Upon receiving the orders I found 2 things that were a bit annoying. The ranch dressing was packed in the same box as the hot out of the fryer pickles. This needs to be separated and kept cold. Secondly the trashcan chops were deconstructed? These are not served this way in the restaurant so why would you pack it like this to go especially if we are just next door? Besides the food mishap my experience washing clothes was painless and would gladly wash and dry here again.

There's a very popular drop off service as well. Vending machines with everything you might need, including drinks and snacks. Walgreens, grocers, and good food nearby as well. Can't beat it! Actually, the only really bad experience I've had with a cleaners. I had issues with just about every order of shirts. Whether it was snags on my shirts, spots I hadn't seen before, poorly pressed, you name it. They have the press way too hot and it makes the shirts as stiff as cardboard around your wrists. I really wanted it work with these guys so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until they lost 2 of my shirts, including a brand new custom shirt. When I brought it up, the owner insisted he didn't have it. I noticed that mentality from the beginning. They are always quick to blame you instead of having the "customer is always right" mentality. I told him I would check my house but I was positive I didn't have those shirts. It took me SEVERAL weeks of stopping by and asking about them until they found them. NO apology from them or signs of remorse. This is my first Yelp review ever. Want to make sure you don't have this happen to you! ***Update*** So, three months later, I've switched to another cleaners and I've had no issues. I noticed that Rebecca M.'s experience from her review below was very similar to mine. I noticed that the owner responder to her review and mentioned he replaced the counter help. Well, I was dealing directly with the owner. After blaming me and insisting he didn't have my shirts, he found them after I went by several times and was not apologetic.
