This facility is very clean and always has attendants on duty. They maintain the machines well. They also offer a clean and fold service, though I've not used it. I've not gone to any other place to compare costs, but they provide services that equal the cost. The parking area is well lit, so it doesn't matter the time or day, one feels secure. read more

UPDATE: 2-22-2020 so I swiped my laundry card for $10.20!!!!! On the wrong machine. Guy cudnt help so he placed a call person on the other end told him to tell me "sorry nothing we can do after it starts. BS! I happen to know that A-the door can be opened abd B-they can very well give me money back the one dairy ashford has helped me before SMH really all the money theyre making but they need to cheat me out of $10.20???!!!! Wow. And one of the 2 machines im using is leaking.....(seepucs) PREVIOUS REVIEW: I haven't used a laundry mat in 15+ yrs but 2 months ago, i had to down size and here we go.....i frequented the S. When they first opened everyone was very nice and it was clean but it didn't last long. Now every time I come I see different employees and the more I come, the less interest I see in the employees giving great customer service. Today for example I walked in early in the morning. The first thing I noticed while parking is the horrible condition of the parking lot, it was full of trash everywhere! I had seen some of the same trash from a few days ago when I came. Then, when I walked in, the girl working there didn't even acknowledge that I walked in, no "hello" no "good morning", she didn't bother looking at me, she was too busy staring at her phone. Then she started "cleaning" around with her headphones on... so I guess we shouldn't expect for her to be ready to help at all... Anyway, I hope this place gets better, the prices are higher than other places, so you'd expect for it to be a really nice place. Right now, it definitely isn't. read more

This place is great! Easy fast machines that clean your clothes. I love going here to catch up or wash my big comforters.

Really friendly and inviting place, love the big high ceilings. Makes the place feel very clean and open concept. They even have a kid zone for your kids. PLUS this place is open 24/7 !! First time going with my fiancé, we had 6 loads of laundry and were assisted by Margret. She helped us and showed us which washers and dryers to use and how many loads they hold. Then she was kind enough to add 5 minutiae to our dryer to make sure our clothes were dry. Very clean place, amazing customer service with another employee I didn't get her name she has blonde hair our sanitized our basket. I highly recommended this place. read more

My first time using this laundromat and I like it, place is clean and well maintained, machines work well and I appreciate that the washers are loaded from the front rather than the top as top loaders are too rough on my clothes. You'll need to get some type of card to use the washers and dryers and they only take card or cash "no coins", a staff member saw how confused I was and helped me with that lol, she was really nice. My only issue was with recharging the card, I had to insert the card like 10 times into the machine before it actually recognized it but it worked out at the end. The first time I came, it was really nice. I liked that they were open 24/7. Weekends are so busy that even with ALL of those machines, you are lucky to find a spot. The place is nice and clean inside and the prices are reasonable. HOWEVER, the staff (one girl in particular) is so rude!! She just stands at the front with her headphones on and stares at her phone. She even folds laundry while watching her phone. I tried asking her for help on why my machine wouldn't start and she just gave me a nasty look and told me to shut the washer door to make it start. It was totally shut! You have to use their laundry card here to use the machines. The cards only work for a few uses and then it says that it cant read the card! Don't ever ever keep money on that card because once it says it cant read it, too bad. I asked the girl about my card saying it couldn't read and she just looked at me and said just keep trying it. Then I went in and the credit card option to load money on this card was broken!! I had JUST ENOUGH cash to load it for a wash and dry. The bill machine wouldn't take one of my dollars so I asked the SAME GIRL if she had a dollar I could trade her. She just shook her head. I sat there and stared at her until she said rudely that they don't carry cash. I guess it would have ruined her day to get me her own personal dollar. I wont come back here. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the parking lot is always trashy as mentioned in another review, and the cards you HAVE to use never last long and it costs $1.00 to get a new one. What a pain in the ass behind some dirty clothes. read more

DO NOT use this facility unless you want your laundry ruined! I dropped off a mattress cover to be washed and dried, and after 9 HOURS of waiting, I find out that not only did the staff here lie to me about being able to handle this correctly, they had dried it multiple times on high heat, and ruined it. My mattress cover is now absolutely ruined, and we're now out nearly $700 on something that can't even be replaced. It's frayed, coming apart everywhere, ripped, and smells burnt. I have no way to replace this, as the mattress model is now discontinued. The assistant manager actually told me over the phone hours after it was supposed to be done that they hadn't thought that they'd be able to wash and dry it, but did it anyway, and now it's beyond repair. If they had told me that it wasn't possible from the start, I wouldn't have dropped it off at all. The staff wouldn't even refund our money for such terrible service. Instead, they pawned off some useless coupon on my frustrated, exhausted husband, which we will never use, because we will never be back. They just did not want to take responsibility for this like they should have, and took advantage of how late it was and his exhaustion instead. I've even spoken to someone from their corporate office, who were absolutely useless as well. I was basically called a liar and was told I'd have to drag this large, bulky, ruined cover back in just to prove the damage that's already been seen, just to please some corporate manager who doesn't want to take real responsibility for it either. This is absolutely appalling customer service, and I am so frustrated and disgusted by how we've been treated. read more
