Management is clearly an issue, there's a lack of organization and communication that keeps showing up. Prices have gone up, there are extra credit card fees, and the booking system has been unreliable. A few months ago the online booking was down, so I called to schedule. I showed up for my appointment and nothing was booked, and my barber wasn't even working that day. Fast forward to now, my barber quit and nobody reached out to people on the schedule. I drove all the way there just to find out he quit several days ago. I will say the ladies at the front are always very nice and helpful, which is about the only consistent positive. If you find a good barber there, that's the only reason to go, but based on my experience I wouldn't count on them being there long. Otherwise, I'd avoid this place.
