This place is great! We went in the other night with an appointment at 7. We were helped immediately and offered refreshments. Samantha was our tax preparer and she was very nice and professional. Even with us having light conversation we were in and out of there in less than an hour! We had to bring our three kids with us, which can sometimes be a nightmare but it was no problem to them at all. The manager and other employees offered them snacks and free T-shirt's , and they were great. And their prices are better that H&B blocks, we had over 5 forms and paid $50 LESS than we did last year at H&R Block with only two forms . We HIGHLY recommend this location!! read more

I was sceptical to go to Liberty tax again but we needed someone to amend his 2015 tax so we took the risk and thankfully the owner of this establishment took the best of care with our case and even attempted to investigate what happened in Fullerton. I took the free tax course in 2016. I've been doing my own taxes all the time and thought I knew some things but there was a lot I didn't know. Our instructor was nice, very competent on the tax laws and he shared some great stories about real life experiences with clients (without disclosing any names of course). I would recommend taking the class whether you want to prepare taxes or not, just for the knowledge that could be very beneficial when you file your own taxes. read more

I have been coming to this location for years and felt what I was being charged was reasonable... I never questioned it and just let them take care of it. This year I realized that I may be getting over charged. After speaking to numerous people familiar with tax services I regret having gone through with it and will more than likely not be going back next year. I was charged $617 for them to file my taxes and that number doesn't sit well with me. I am seriously considering investigating further! read more

Never ever again will I do my tax return here! I was charged a ridiculous amount of $500 just to file. After filing I found out that next door to them there is a tax place also and all they charge is about $100 to file. Please look else where don't go here I wish I never made the mistake! They've taken the time and effort to answer any questions that I have without making me feel like I'm wasting their time or that I'm asking silly questions (and I've had this experience in the past at other tax offices). I got my 2009 taxes done here and had them redone at H&R block after noticing a significant diffrence in the amounts from my 2010 taxes and 2009 taxes. H&R block found a $1,200 mistake (YAY FOR ME!). In my paperwork from Liberty tax service it states, and I quote, "We guarentee our service 100%. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your preparation fees." So I called to be reimbursed for the outrageous preparation fee of $275 I payed the year before since I had to pay another company to fix the mistake they had made. The manager told me its been to long to get reimbursed, (although it does not state any sort of expiration date on their guarentee). She kept changing the non existant time frame from a year to a month to I should have came back within jus a few days after getting them done.She kept insisting her agent did the work correctly even though she did not have my information infront of her to verfiy this. She then kept changing her story over and over. She would say something that would validate my claim then when I would tell her she just proved I was right she would change her story yet again. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OUTRAGEOUS RATES JUST TO SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY ON YOUR TAXES!!! read more
