First off, I came here to write about this place because everyone I know that I recommended it to has loved it like I have. Prices are fantastic, people are amazing and while not a ton people working at the Chatsworth or Northridge place at one time, they multi-task like no one's business. Okay, so while I came here to say how awesome this place is (I'm at either location once or twice a week), never had a bad experience. With all that said, the one star comments under this from two people (Birdee and Monica) make me realize how annoying they must be. Saw the reviews they both made on previous made and nearly all of them are one star so you both are entitled and don't understand what it's like for hard working people dealing with customers who blame everyone around them for things they can't control. You are why employees hate their job. Karen's at its finest. That "employee wearing wigs" has a name which I won't mention but she's amazing. She's run both locations like a pro and I've never seen her stop. I heard her one day talking to who I assume is a manager saying she was sick and was gonna lay down for her break/lunch. I would absolutely love to have her work in my department at my place of work. Kind, hard working, super sweet, and all of that while dealing with jerks like you two. I am a little disappointed by them selling expired food. We bought 5 pop tarts and some sodas and they were expired. If you go here don't buy food buy other items that are not. You guys need to check your stock before selling expired things. I came last week like 15 minutes prior to close time. read more

I just walked out of store. This was my first time there and I honestly had a really good experience. They have a great variety of items at a good prices. I found Christmas items at very good prices for my friends and family. The person working there provides great customer service is friendly and helps if you have any questions you can tell. It's a very busy place, but they still do their best to take care of the customers I will definitely come back. read more

Have been a long term customer of this store and have always enjoyed shopping there and have spent a ton with them over the years. Went in today - grabbed a Christmas decoration off a shelf and went to buy it. Was told they are not selling any of the Christmas stuff until November. Seriously? Why have it out where customers can see. What is the difference if you sell it to me today or in a month? I had about $100 worth of other stuff I was planning to buy but walked out of the store without buying anything and won't be back. I entered the store with my service dog and was asked to leave because dogs weren't allowed. I told her that my dog was a service animal in which she demanded I show proof . I like this place better than bulldog. They have things I actually NEED for good prices. Wish we would have gotten the Lysol spray from there instead of Amazon. They gave us free hand sanitizer for our purchase. The cashier was really nice and helpful with giving prices for things without price tags. And she said if I had a problem with one of the items, to bring it back for an exchange. Am already planning to go back, because she was getting an item they had at their Santa Clarita warehouse for my wife. And I want to get some of the bins. I recently visited this place, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. For those considering a visit, please be aware the person who is a manager came across very rude and entitled. She mentioned that if I didn't appreciate her attitude, I was welcome to leave. She also stated that she is the owner's wife and could set the rules as she wished. Clearly, she is not happy being there and is miserable, but don't give this attitude to the customers. I am reporting this business to BBB for harassment and not professional practice. read more

This place is a little bit of a drive for me and I think I liked it better the 1st couple of times I came here. They certainly have a lot of stuff now to the point where you can't really even get to most of it the warehouse is so packed. Like some other people have said the owner is very polite and flexible on pricing, but since they have so much stock and not enough space to put it all a lot of things don't end up getting price stickers and you have to ask what the price is. Products are pretty much all new items. I think some of the things are Costco returns. The pricing on items is decent,but again it's just a little hard to move around in the warehouse and look at anything. read more

I go to this crazy little Bazaar for years already. It has boxes and boxes stacked to the ceiling and out the front door. You go there for something you aren't looking for, not for the one thing in your head. This place can be boring or exciting. You never know. So you keep checking it. If you find something you want you know you get it cheap! Some of my favorite things that I found last month are Hoka shoes, the Ninja Air Fryer Max and the Shark Steam Mop! The owner Ali is very nice. He has a new big store in Northridge but still I like to come here. It has different things than the other store. It only takes a small time to check it! read more

Used to love the place, the previous girl Eliana was super friendly. The new girl doesn't sound genuine and got a bit of an attitude. WOW! What a find?! I love this place! I've been going there for more than a year and every time I visit it has more new stuff. From household items like Jello cups for the kid's lunches, vitamins, Vans, UGGs to Air fryers! Amazing prices! The deals are so good! If I need something I check there first. Nice workers. A lot of the reviews here are pretty accurate. The pricing is all over the place and I've seen cheaper prices or the same prices at Grocery Outlet, Walmart, TJ Maxx, etc. I probably wouldn't buy food from here either due to critters (these places aren't clean). I feel like unless something is listed as "on sale" there, that it probably isn't worth going to. They did have a lot of name brand sunscreen on sale for $1, but the majority of it was about the same as getting it at other places. I did get tanning lotion for $1 though for when I go to the gym. The same lotion appears to be $10 on Ebay except mine I believe expired and had old packaging. Also got NassifMD Detox Pads for $13 which goes for $18 on Ebay (not a huge savings). It's a small store with things mainly in order. Worth checking out if you are in the area but I wouldn't make a special trip to. Go in the morning. Please do not go here. The general manager is rude, aggressive, and dislikes service animals. She threatened to kick us out or put "it" in a cart to keep shopping. Unfortunately theyre selection and value has declined as well. Merchandise is known to be damaged and/or expired. My friends and family have stopped shopping here due to such bad service and value.
