GOOD STUFF! + They accept Credit Cards! * Excellent packing materials! * Crafting supplies from here to there, an absolute BONANZA * Stuff you never knew you needed * Actual floral supplies?! Like really?! YES!!!!!! * Party supplies that will shock you...the variety and options...WOW I kept thinking about all the $$$$ I spent at places like Michael's, Joann's, and other 99Cent stores when I could have gotten everything I ever needed HERE at DOLLARAMA. Canada's answer to the dollar store. Not everything is a dollar though. So just be mindful of that. They have some really unique items most of which I feel you could only find here. Cashiers are very fast and efficient. I loved shopping there as it had all the things that I needed. Will miss this place when I go back to the states. read more

If you are a crafter of any variety, you need to come here! An awesome selection of supplies for jewelry making, scrapbooking, paper and wood crafts, paints, everything! And pretty much everything is under $2. The owner is so nice and talks to me about crafts every time I come in, and said he plans on expanding to carrying even more craft supplies. Dollarama - Discount Store Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I love this spot! It's a huge store that has basically everything for very low prices. I get all my school supplies here. It's also AMAZING for craft supplies. They have a huge section full of just about anything you'd need for a fun project!!! I just went there a moment ago to get stuff for my birthday party. They had paper plates, cups, streamers, decorations. Everything! All for under 20 bucks! Not to mention the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend :) read more

This place is a definitely messy and unorganized but they do have a lot of stuff. Prices range from $1-20$ They do have hand sanitizer,gloves,and masks for sale as well. If your reading this in 2020 it will make sense why those are important. read more

I hate to write such a review, but this place is constantly under my expectations. 1) Lack of quality service - The workers here seem to be just be the same 2-3 people who stand in the cashier kiosk and don't seem to care about what happens outside that corner. One lady sits and watches soap operas and the guy who I think is the owner is very shady. 2) Poor products - Of course everything here is cheaper, but go to Dollar Tree or 99¢ Store if you want actual working products. Today, I just bought a pack of pens and none of them work. I bought college ruled paper that has a hole in the top where people can slide some out. I once bought an aerosol spray and it's scent faded after a few seconds. None of the products here satisfy me, unless they are snacks or one-use things like gift cards etc... 3) Cashier dishonesty - Every time I purchase, I get very uncomfortable because the worker always either gives me less change than the register says or do so very begrudgingly. Of course it's always a few cents, but who knows how much they pocket with all their customers. So that is all I have to say, I hope you guys are able to make the choice about whether or not to shop here. read more

This is a great store! Has a lot of good jewelry making and crafting items. The owners are friendly & live in the neighborhood. Great place to shop for school supplies, beauty products, kitchen items. They even have a good supply of home repair & auto related products. I find some of the same home repair items here that Home Depot carries except Dollorama is way less expensive! Street parking on Reseda in front or parking lot with entrance in the rear. They have so much craft and party supplies at $1. It's the only dollar store with so many craft supplies. This place has so much craft , school supplies same brand as Michaels with extremely lower price.$ I have recommend you guys instead of paying twice or even triple price at Michael's go to this place. LOOOOOK... before you waste your time and money at Michael's or somewhere like that, check out dollarama for all of your Craft related needs, seriously.. The amount of craft stuff they have is shocking and in line with the quality you would find at well known craft stores for 2 or 3 times the price. Be careful! Every time I go there, they over charge me thinking I dont keep track. I always have to ask the lady why its so much, and we go through everything I want to buy. Sure enough, EVERY TIME... she over charges me by at least $4. I continue to go there, because it is very convenient. They do have a lot of good deals, just be weary of the check out lady... and make sure you keep track of how much you are supposed to be charged! read more

I'm at early disappointed disgusted in this place 2 * 3 * 4 * I have been overcharged and they don't make it clear what they're overcharging you for I bought 12 items two of the items had price tags that were over $8 okay that's fine I get that but he charged me $3 for three items that were only supposed to be for a dollar I've been going here for a while and I tried to forgive them but I'm done I'll never go back here again you have to look at your receipt and keep an eye on him at the register it's the man with the beard that does all the overcharging he ripped you off basically I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs immediately after this review I'm so disappointed I love the place is great but I don't love the cheating and I don't love being screwed by somebody when they know I'm a loyal customer or was Alora customer I am no longer going to go there ever again regardless read more

I really like this store because they have lots of arts and craft supply that you would usually find at Michael's. They have things that are over a dollar as well but for the most part everything is a dollar. There are two things that I do not like about this place 1. They don't ever have the A/C on so be ready to sweat on a hot day and 2. There is always someone looking over your shoulder as if you were some kind of criminal. But overall it's a good place to shop if you are planning a party or want to do some school work or are just simply into glitter and arts and craft. read more

I actually really like this store and the arts and crafts stuff it has, it's cheap. But in my most recent trips I noticed that they don't give you a recipe unless you ask for it, and this last time that I asked for it she over charged me an extra item. I thought it was really shady that she overcharged me an extra item and purposely didn't give me my receipt, my suggestion is that if you're going to shop here, make sure they give you a receipt and make sure you check to make sure everything is correct! This store has a giant inventory but beware... A LOT of their items are over $1. The place is also filthy, disgusting, dusty and sketchy. Maybe they can go to the cleaning aisle and break open a couple packages of cleaning supplies and give that place a good rub down. I will never go back there. Dollar Tree is like a palace next to this place! I gave it 2 stars because of the selection. read more
