Great prices on good products but some of the staff can be very helpful and some can be extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee for example goes by the name of "Aubrey". Tried to return a product and said I had 10 days to return the product for store credit as it was an electronic item. She said no that is not correct it is 7 days not 10, then proceeds to say " maybe do your own research before coming into my establishment and thinking you know everything " when it clearly says online it's a 10 day return policy . This liquidation shop is tucked away in a warehouse. It's not the most organized, but there's a lot to explore. If you have some time to spare, it's worth wandering up and down the aisles--though be prepared, there's no particular theme to the items, so you'll need to take your time and look through everything. There isn't much staff around to assist, so you'll be on your own while browsing. I was lucky enough to find some cute kids' hats and a few Disney stuffed animals, so I picked up a few for my little ones, along with a toy box. Great place to find deals on items that are already discounted. I do have one huge knock but unfortunately the owner(s) might not be able to do much about it. Some of the customers are pure lowlife cheap MFers!!! Asking for discounts on stuff already discounted really? Cheap bastards stop using up valuable oxygen and go pan handle on the fwy. This place has gone way downhill. I used to go every week and always find some deals and good stuff. I can't remember the last time I bought something here now. The one and only good thing about this place is that it's clean and organized. However, it doesn't make up for the outrageous prices. I loved visiting the Simi Valley store when it was open but was happy to see that the Chatsworth location was still around! They have such great deals. I follow them on IG and make sure to check their stories and saw that they had Doonas (the new parent dream) and was able to call the store and reserve one. Every time I go, the employees are always super helpful (including the owner which is honestly so rare when it comes to warehouses). I've been able to get a few brand new items for kiddos including a larger car seat, diapers and so many toys. Over time the store has become so much more organized and clean. I feel like they're always getting such great name-brand items and at pretty steep discounts. Meh. I'm used to the Valencia store. Valencia still has the random thrift store vibe. But it's a lot more organized and clean. This store was organized but still messy somehow. The AC is not on/doesn't work? So it's very hot in there. There aren't a lot of people working in the store. They didn't have a lot of variety in the selection either. I just wasn't feeling it. There are a couple good things about it though. They have an IG page where you can see some of their more popular items. You also can do a phone order. I like the phone order idea. But I also get nervous because you can't inspect it and once you buy it it's yours even if it's damaged. Like most bulldogs there are no returns other than electronics that don't work and for a limited time. Parking is on the side, and you enter through the big elephant door on the side. I don't know that I would ever go here just to casually shop. But if I saw something specific on their IG page, that would be the only way I'd go back. read more

He had looked me up online found out what I looked like called me out in front of the whole store and proceeded to kick me out of the store for just trying to give him business it's insane. Terrible customer service, nothing the front desk lady taking care of phone calls said, made sense. Repeated that products are first come first serve when we asked to hold a product. We were 5 minutes way. We offered to pay over the phone to buy the product to comply with their first come first serve policy and they hung up. We walk in to the store asking the same ladies about the product to which they said they sold it already....when we tried to explain how frustrating that is given that we tried to pay over the phone for you to hang up and then sell in 2 minutes later, they responded "do you want us to pull up the recording of the phone call." They have similar categorical items grouped together but a lot of the boxes are unidentifiable unless you actually open them. The location itself smells very musty and there's dirt/dust everywhere. Mainly printer cartridges, cheap made in China crap, some work out equipment which didn't look that bad, parts for cars (I think), open adult and baby diapers, and small fans and humidifiers. I have been shopping here for a long time and have bought many items here and on the auction site, but my last few visits here have been very discouraging. The employees here have several customers that they reserve the stuff for. These customers are allowed to go in the back and pick and choose what they want to buy. Today a customer came in and they loaded his truck with stuff. I was looking at the tents on the aisle and he said he had already bought them all. don't waste your time coming here. the owner is rude and inappropriate. i heard him tell a customer he was going to send said customer a dick picture. he said it very confidently and even though the customer didn't seem bothered, it is unbelievably inappropriate as an owner of a business to say something like this to a customer. it made me very uncomfortable and i'm extremely disgusted with the way the owner presents himself in such confidence. i've been thinking about this for a couple weeks and it came to a point where i couldn't keep it to my self any longer and needed to share this with anyone and everyone who supports this business! read more

Update on review: I bought the wine fridge while our kitchen was being remodeled. It was stored in my garage until ready for install,(about 1 month) ..My contractor told me it was working, but it was missing a foot.... with all the trouble from the purchase, there was no way I was going to contact bulldog for this. -We had to make a foot to get the fridge to balance and look good in the custom cabinet we just had built.. It is now about 3 months later, Fridge is indeed cooling and is a great feature to our new bar, so we'll keep it! however, it runs extremely loud during cooling periodically throughout the day. The brand name is WineEnthusiast., I'm not sure if it's supposed to cool so loudly or if the second hand purchase has anything to do with it. Bulldog never returned my calls or email or responded to my Yelp review. Buyer beware. We've had many many successful purchases from the Bulldog Valencia location. read more

In short: here to get your furniture ripped and get ripped off at the same time. My husband and I found our dream couch and bought it same day! BUT when we went to pick up the couch they TORE the FRONT of the FABRIC! My husband hardly let's things upset him but he was so mad with the carelessness. On top of that it was our son's 1st birthday not that they cared. At one point the manager was hassling my husband on the phone to take it out or he would sell it although he was already paid $300 from us! We were told that we could only get store credit then he begrudgingly offered $100 back for a couch that we have to reupholster for over $1,000.00............. and were in the middle of moving. :( Thanks for being GREEDY and having CARELESS employees.
