The owner's response errored in that all parts were there other than radio adaptions that were purchased from the store. Parts were in the ashtray alongside of the parts used in the reassembly. I was not offered any rework both times I brought it back. The car was shown in the disassembled status and estimates were based on that. If you were not able to reengineer, you should have stated that rather than say you could do the job. I was able to reassemble it and I'm am not a professional.
