In June I went in to the Minute Clinic with flu symptoms. Nurse practitioner was great. She ran a couple tests and got me diagnosed and I recovered. A little over a month later I discover my checking account is nearly overdrawn. I have an unexpected charge from Minute Clinic for $113. I check my email for a bill and find yesterday an email was sent to me "As per the payment agreement you signed with Minute Clinic on Thu Jun 20 2024, MinuteClinic has charged your credit card (ending in ####) in the amount of $113.53" Beware if they ask you to provide a card number on file for payment. They do not notify of any balance before charging you. read more

I have used this pharmacy since Intermountain Healthcare closed their pharmacies. The last 3 months the customer service has been terrible. Prescriptions are never ready when the online notification sends you a message they are. They have a drive thru that is open sometimes or the inside counter that's opened sometimes. It's hit or miss. The Technicians are short staffed and so very overwhelmed and rude. I was forced to sit at the drive thru on 12-20-2023 for 45 minutes, they had closed the drive thru until 8:00 pm. I had leg surgery yesterday and couldn't walk in and they refused to help me. The Technician came to the drive thru to rudely tell me to come in. I explained my situation and it was met with snarky comments and telling me to go somewhere else. I reminded him that while CVS signs his check, the customer pays his wage. To which he continued to argue with me. Then the pharmacist came and closed the sliding window. I spend a significant amount of money on prescriptions and my money will be going somewhere else. CVS Pharmacy in Ogden Utah is the worst experience I have had with CVS. the Sandy store was excellent. but this one stinks. I pay monthly for same day delivery. I call everytime and set that up. Half the time it happens, most of the time it doesn't. I have been waiting for three days now for my diabetic supplies. and today the doctor ordered an antibiotic he wanted to start immediately. I called and confirmed it would be delivered. Surprise surprise it didn't happen. I called at 11 pm asking where it was. They are mailing it tomorrow. I will be making a trip to the ER because my infection is progressing fast. What a poor excuse for a pharmacy! I'm going to switch to a real pharmacy. read more

I really enjoy the helpfulness of all the pharmacy staff working there! I have a large handful of different meds I take daily, along with a few for my wife and fluoride for both my kids. It seems like I visit this store 2-3 times a week because none of the refills seem to happen at the same time! Ugh, Doctors sometimes! These folks, every single one of them, in the pharmacy are great to deal with, always very helpful! I had an issue tonight where I was changing doses (doubling, 500 mg to 1000mg) but insurance wouldn't pay. It was going to cost me $2400 for a months supply, the pharmacist changed a few things, kept the same dosage of course but now I'm back at my normal $10 copay! Thank you all for everything you do, I know pharmacies have been SO busy for a few years now but my family sure appreciates every single one of you. read more

A decent CVS location and I am impressed with how well stocked and staffed this store is. The folks are friendly and the benefit of a 24 hour pharmacy has come in handy with little ones. The only downfall to CVS is the price. You are going to pay extra for the convenience of having them on the corner instead of walking in to a big box. Their sales tend to be "buy one get one 1/2 off" which, while a great price, is the wrong kind of savings. I don't need a year's supply of NyQuil in order to save a couple of bucks. read more

I really love the store, but the pharmacy is a different story. So many times I call and no one answers the call in the pharmacy. Was on hold again for 30 plus minutes then hung up. This happens almost every time I call. CVS management should test their system and make changes. I'll now call my doctor and ask them to contact CVS with my question. I recently went on travel and either lost or misplaced my Carvedilol medication. I am out of my heart medication and only want enough to bridge the next refill that comes due on November 2nd. I am a retired senior citizen and feel like a second class citizen with CVS. They told me on Tuesday, 10/10/23 that my prescription would be ready for pickup by 9PM, I drove to CVS the next day and they said they are contacting my doctor. Today, I received a text stating the refill is not due until 11/2/23. Very disappointed in the level of service and care. There must be a better alternative. read more

If I could I would give the pharmacy a 0 star. The store is well stocked and employees are friendly. The problem is the pharmacy. Lately every time I go to drop off or pick up a prescription my blood pressure goes up the roof. 1. I have asked them not to put on child proof caps because I have arthritis in my hand. I get home and it's child proof cap. 2. I am being treated for thyroid issue and they are trying to find the right dose. I have asked them several times not to fill it for 3 months because I get my blood work done 6-8 weeks. They said sure we will put it on your preference. I pick up my prescription and go home and it's for 3 months supply. When I call to complain they tell me it's my fault because I need to check to make sure it's the right amount. Then next time that happens they tell me that they can't change the preference. I have to call the headquarters To have it changed. After talking to someone at headquarters, that was a lie. 3. the Dr calls in a new dose of the medication and I go to pick it up but what they gave me was a old dose. No surprise that is my fault too. 4 Today I went up to the drive up and sat there for about 10 min. I pushed a call button twice and finally over the intercom that they would be with me when they were done helping some one inside. Now there is 4 cars backed up behind me. This is just few examples. I will never go to this CVS!!! There is lots of other Pharmacy close to this CVS. read more
