    This is one of the nicer and bigger Sam's Clubs in Utah. Don't understand all the hate for it - had a lot more selection than our smaller store in Reno, and products were more in stock. Only bad thing is that the parking lot and approaches into the store are a bit goofy, as was the gas station.

    I mostly come here for gas. Well, gas and free samples. Most of the items here price out to be pretty similar to other stores that don't require you to purchase in bulk. Sam's club can sometimes be cheaper (if you want to save 50 cents on a 20 pack) and even sometimes more (especially during sales). However, they offer some fun seasonal stuff that I've enjoyed. Their discount gift cards are nice if they carry places you like. Their cheese blend is really nice too.

    Great club with friendly associates. Prices are usually good, but they don't always change the signs to reflect what the actual price is.

The vegetables for the most part seemed fresh as well. I did purchase a watermelon and it wasn't very sweet. So wait sa little while longer or buy one from somewhere else. The self check outs were quick, though the woman working them was rude. The hot dogs were and are always good. I love the option to get bottled water now. But they do need a new way of packing the hot dogs because in the bag is ridiculous. You can't put anything on it because it will roll around or get all over the bag. We did wait about ten minutes to get our pizza but im not complaining because it was hot and very fresh! Their condiments station was a bit gross though. Trash and sauces all along the counter they sit on. It definitely needed a good wipe down as did the tables. O do wish they still had the onions though, but oh well. Overall, it was a decent experience. Nothing fancy.

The price isn't the reason i am writing a 1 star review. The reason i am writing a one star review is because of the service. There was a worker that got me and my friends kicked out of the entire mall. All 4 of my friends and me went into the store and he was instantly eyeing us. It wasn't until one of my friend tossed a ball to the other so that he could see the price. my friend saw it and lightly tossed it back. The first friend that now had the ball put it bat and we continued looking around until 2 seconds later this worker that had short hair, a beard, and looked to be 22 instantly kicked us out the store with no warning. We asked why and He said that we were there the Tuesday before (1/30/24) this instance and that we were throwing a ball around the store then. I told him that it was my friends first time being there and I had been there before, but it was around 3 weeks before this instance. This little cry baby did not like that i was "talking back to him". He called security and we thought that security had let us go after because he didn't say we had to leave, but he kept following us when we would go into other stores in the mall until we stop and started talking to each other. One guard came up to us and told us where to leave and we just left. I was very disappointed because he made us wait in the rain for like 15-20 minutes for my mom to come pick me and my friends up. P.S. I don't know the workers name, but he was working 2/2/24 at 3:30p.m.

At that time your employee with buzzed hair proclaimed from across the store that nothing could be purchased. It was 8:41pm on Monday January 23rd. The mall and store do not close until 9pm. They turned us away and it crushed my son! I will not be returning and will find the stuffy online elsewhere for him as this is the worst customer service I can imagine. I am a manager of a retail store and I am leaving this review as this feedback is critical to hear to keep your business and customers satisfied. How are you to pay your rent if you turn guests away from purchasing 20 minutes before your store operating hours end? I would love to hear from you as to why this is acceptable!? I would give you 0 stars if it let me.

I want to redo my California king-sized bedding. Their work is top quality. They have dozens of beautiful bed comforter and pillow sham samples. They also custom sew curtains, window seats, etc. onsite. Kay said it would take about two weeks for a custom order. They have been in business 42 years!

The fabrics chosen were in stock so we decided to make the commitment then and there. At first we were a bit leery of paying the sizable total all at once, but the BBB and positive Yelp reviews were reassuring so we went forward. The next day Joy took all necessary measurements and got things rolling. Just over three weeks later, Bill, the installer, brought the draperies, hardware and tools to get the job done very efficiently. We are very happy with the workmanship, installation and lovely draperies! Hassle-free business with a reputable firm.

He was professional, helpful, & knowledgeable. Why am I giving them a one star you might ask? Because of my second experience just a couple weeks later. I went in to purchase a mounted microwave. Pam was my sales associate & just like Spencer, was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. I choose the microwave I wanted, payed for it, & then was told they didn't have it in stock until after I purchased it. They then told me **I would have to go to a different facility** to go pick it up a week later. (The day I purchased this was a Saturday & they told me I'd get it Thursday) Strike one. But I was willing to try to be the better person & left their store saying thank you. Later that evening I called the store & told them I wanted to pay the additional 100$ to have it delivered & installed. They told me not a problem & they would call me on the scheduled day ( a week from then) to let me know what time they'd arrive. I never received a phone call on the delivery day (Thursday) & could not get ahold of an associate to see what was going on. Strike two. I called them the following day (Friday) & asked what was going on. I was told I'd get a phone call back within 30 minutes. An hour went by & I called them. I spoke with an Associate named Linda. I was told that they didn't know what was going on & that it could be delivered tonight (Friday). I explained to them I was not happy that no one reached out to me, & that now I need to cancel my Friday night plans with my wife to wait for a microwave to be delivered & installed before 7pm. I asked if I could get any kind of discount, compensation, credit or anything for the inconvenience. Linda, being *very rude* told me tough luck, we can give you a refund or change the delivery date. Strike three. So here we are. Come on Boyles. You treated me with respect when I was making a purchase. But after I've made the purchase, if you're going to treat people rudely, discount or not, I have to tell others to be aware. Do better. ***Update (the following day)*** My microwave was never delivered that Friday night as I was told. I just called this morning & found out they canceled my order on their own stating "we weren't sure if you wanted us to bring it still & we saw your one star review".... my favorite part was being called a liar this morning when I told you I wanted it delivered yesterday. Very professional. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I paid you. You took my money. I was told a day. You didn't do your job. I followed up. You told me you weren't sure what happened. I stated I was upset. You didn't care. I told you to deliver it last night. You told me it would arrive by 7pm. It never did. I called the following morning to be told you weren't sure if I wanted it anymore & was called a liar..... Do you see the pattern? If someone pays you for a service, do it, especially if it's your instructions of when it will be done.

    If there were an option for zero or negative stars, that is absolutely what I would be giving. We…read morepurchased 4 large appliances, spending thousands of dollars on them. On delivery their guys tracked in 3-4 inch globs of mud, broke items on our ceiling as they hit the freezer, then smacked the freezer on the metal and concrete in our storage room doorway. We called four times asking them to check the freezer as it would not get down to the temperature of the exact same one next to it. They refused to come but claimed to put an extended warranty on it. Here we are a year after the manufacture warranty and they're refusing to do anything, claiming it's our fault for not harassing them until they showed up to view the damage. Sally, the manager, was awful to deal with throwing out accusations like everything had been our fault even after talking to their own delivery guys and their admission to all that they had done. As if the damaged top of the door could have been caused by anything but exactly what their guys hit! Never again! I will go absolutely ANYWHERE but here and tell everyone I know and talk to.
