It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

Finally went to look at the set and they had sold 3 before I got there and was left with one set. The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. It has been 4 weeks and I have contacted them about cashing it and they said they would the following day. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't cashed it.

I thought I was smart by an extended warranty for the washer and dryer and I was absolutely fooled. While away on vacation my daughter calls me and lets me know the washer and dryer went out.. this is not the first issue with the washer, while it was still under the RC Willey warranty and not the extended warranty they had to come in and replace the boot for the washer. This is a Samsung and it's been giving us hell all along that we've had it the electrical in it has been going haywire and I thought nothing really of it just maybe it's a fluke. I told my daughter that's why we have the warranty call RC Willey's and see what they can do. They put her in touch with the extended warranty people which is a third party company. When my daughter reached out to them they were asking for pictures of the serial number and trying to walk her through things that she shouldn't be doing because she is supposed to be on bed rest because she had a bad EKG and has problems with her heart which she tried to explain to them the man got irritated and said I'm supposed to be off work already and hung up on her. So I made the phone call to RC Willey's because the Layton RC Willey's phone was acting wonky and saying that they were already closed, mind you this is 5:00 on a Friday which I know they don't close until 8:00 p.m. at least. When I finally got through to somebody at a different number they said they would put me in touch with the manager and I asked them to have her call my daughter because she's at home dealing with all this I'm on vacation on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean can't do much from there and they said that it wouldn't be a problem. I couldn't get a hold of my daughter and didn't hear from her so I tried to call her number and she happened to be talking to the manager and this woman was absolutely cold-hearted and rude and she said her name was Sarah but she was standing up for the guy who dismissed my daughter and she was very being dismissive to me and my daughter on the phone treating us like we were dumb, and we let her know that what he was reading from Google did not match our owner's manual, and she kept dismissing what we were saying and I let her know that I keep all my manuals for this particular reason because things can change over time and on the internet. She did not like what I had to say and she said it was going to take a long time to get this fixed if it's not our fault that the washer and dryer broke down at the exact same time. I am considering never buying from RC Willey again after 26 years that is very sad. I bought an extended warranty for a reason and should not be dismissed by anybody from RC Willey's or the extended warranty, or third party warranty people. I have paid that money for a reason and just because I didn't have to use it before does not mean that I don't get to use it now when it's still active. I just want to say come get your washer and dryer pay me back for the washer and dryer and my extended warranty and I will never step foot in your stores again.
