Best fried chicken in Metro Atlanta, hands down. Plus the kfood sides like tteokbokki and kimchi fried rice are delicious. Service is fast and reliable. My family and I order take out here a couple of times a month. I'm giving them a low rating because of their poor customer service! I ordered my food to go but after waiting over 20mins for it I asked if we could just eat it there. We were told that we couldn't and had to take our food to go. The restaurant had plenty of tables open for dining. Also, the restaurant was empty, I believe only 1 table was occupied. One for the books!!! Woooooo!!! We sang this place's praises for weeks! Told many friends and family about it because the chicken is good, fresh, and made to order! But today my husband was denied a seat while on his lunch break simply because he didn't "dine in". The manager approached him and asked him to get up after paying $15 for lunch. She said that if he had selected dine in he would be able to have a seat because in that case he would tip. At this point he's pissed and let her know that even if he sat down that wasn't a guarantee of a tip...Still he was refused a seat, and refused a refund due to "policy". He then asked to speak with the owner which she said she couldn't disclose. Smh. We have never been treated so disrespectfully after paying for a meal! This place is money hungry, all they care about is making a profit they don't truly care about their customers. We will no longer recommend any of my family or friends to go there. we use to love this place and come almost every week. but this time, they were very rude to us. i will not be returning. since my little sisters were craving kimbap with their meal, we went over the hmart next door and grab a tray. as we were eating, a waiter came over and told us that we couldn't have outside food, which i do not understand because they do not sell kimbap and we order $150 worth of food from them, so they are not loosing money in anyway. but we listened and placed it back into the grocery bag and down onto our chair, not even a minute later, another person comes over saying the exact same thing. like that was very unnecessary, we heard you the first time and listened. as we explained to him that we are no longer eating it and placed it away, he kept arguing back and would not leave us alone. he stood there staring and repeating himself. we loss our appetite. at this point we have been in the restaurant for an hour and only receive 2/9 of our dishes we ordered. we wanted to cancel the rest of our order since we have been waiting way too long for, but apparently it was "already in the fire" even after all of this they made us pay and TIP. since it "was already in the fire" shouldn't it be out quickly? no. it took another 30 mins. we left and all we heard was gossip behind our back. very unprofessional and rude. This past week we decided to order the sweet potato fries and they weren't good at all, the frozen kind that they put straight in the deep frier and then didn't added any salt or seasoning for flavor. We asked if we could just swap them out for regular fries and the manager said no. Another time we asked for an extra plate and the server said no. I ask for Diet Coke, I am given a regular coke. We happened upon this place sometime last time year and we have been faithful customers since. We have got many of those our friends and family members hooked on their chicken. Our favorite is the original the Gangnam style wings, and the honey garlic. Can't go wrong with any of those. Spicy galbi is good as well but it does pack a punch so be careful. But, I raised a complaint when I saw three people place orders after me, but they received their orders before I received mine. I have had Korean fried chicken at a few different spots around town, and this is my favorite join, hands down. The staff is very friendly, the portions are big, and the flavors are to die for. There is nothing quite as satisfying as a taking a big bite of crispy/hot piece of Korean fried chicken. Our family's favorite is the half and half boneless, particularly the secret spicy sauce, which has the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. They also have tasty side items as well. I can't wait to visit again and try their other items. That chicken sandwich was calling my name. The location is a little hidden (corner of Lawrenceville Suwanee and Old Peachtree), but it's worth seeking out. You won't find a better Korean fried chicken in all of Georgia! We dined in last time, but if you'd prefer take out, ordering chicken to-go is a terrific option. Loved it! We make a special trip from Canton (1 hr away) just to come here to eat chicken! Yes... IT'S THAT GOOD! Our daughter celebrated her 16th birthday here with family/friends. Well worth the drive. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They helped with the menu/made suggestions on flavors to try (too many to try in one meal setting)... made sure our glasses were always full, and that our needs were met. They're awesome. Trust me... just go. The establishment is homey and comfortable (like a Steak and Shake atmosphere)-you don't need to dress fancy. You won't be disappointed. I usually don't write bad reviews but their chicken was pretty nasty. When they just opened up here in Suwannee area, it was ok in the beginning. This time I've ordered the whole chicken and the chicken smelled like cigarette (I'm not sure how to explain the tasty of it). I mean the whole chicken is like $26 and I don't want to put something in my mouth that is not fresh. I understand if they use frozen meat but this is just unacceptable. If the taste is not consistent, I would rather go some place else. read more
