There are many restaurants in this plaza, so there is plenty of good parking. We were in after 1pm so the lunch crowd was mostly gone. The restaurant has the somewhat standard contemporary asian restaurant look. We were quickly seated at a window table. The menu is small but has what you want for a ramen restaurant. I ordered the original tonkotsu with crispy chicken topping. Megan ordered the chicken ramen. The order arrived quickly at our table along with some additional sauces. My ramen was outstanding. The pork slices were tender and delicious. I don't know how they flavor that egg but it is good! The broth was tasty but aggressively salted. The chicken topping was just the over the top thing I like. Megan liked her chicken ramen quite a bit, so much so she ate it all, not bring anything home. Yes I would come back next time I am hungry in the area. It was $47 plus tip including soft drinks. Seems to be an extensive bar here too if you are looking for that. Hey if you are across 85 at Costco thinking about lunch, come over here! Even if you don't come to Jinya there are better choices here that you might miss if you stay over there!

The raw onions are a bit much but good. I do like this place but again a bit pricey. For ramen and buns. But something you don't see often, cleaning. Owning a restaurant is 90% cleaning and 10% cooking. I know cuz we used to own a restaurant.

At that time, it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get the food, and the ramen had so few toppings. I want to say it was called Paopao, but I honestly can't confirm. This one looks different. It looks so nice with lots of seating available. The food didn't take long to come out and the server let us know that the new soup dumplings would take 12 minutes. I also got delicious bubble tea with chewy sweet boba pearls. Everything is delicious and at a good price. I highly recommend this place!
