She remembers mundane things like my school activities, so I can tell she has a great relationship with her other patients as well. Her cleanings are quick, yet thorough. Moreover, she always tells me what to look out for and points it out on the X-ray for me. Her assistants are also kind, and scheduling my next appointment is always easy. This message is so long overdue. I'm going to try to make this as short as possible because I can go on and on praising bc dental. Hands down , one of the BEST dentists I've been to EVER! After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease I started getting way more cavities and teeth issues. I've been to other dentist before that "fixed" the issues I had but in reality they did not or they did such a poor job. When I found bc dental not only did Dr. Bao-Chau take her time with me in explaining everything and did the work I needed gently. She also corrected EVERYTHING the other dentist did to mess it up!!! She goes above and beyond you have no idea. My teeth looks and feels amazing. She is so sweet and intelligent. She is the only dentist that taught me that my auto immune affects my dental health. She is so kind, sweet and knowledgeable. I get embarrassed with my teeth but she always makes me feel comfortable. I also had one experience with Dr. Yen Ngoc and she too was a great experience. My kids' review speaks louder than mine. Earlier, I told my 5 yo boy that we are going to the dentist and he screamed "yay!" It's been about 2.5 years since I began coming here. My daughter, now 7 yo, used to be so scared to going to see a dentist, a different place. She would cry just hearing about it. Then I took her here, she never cry again. Happy to see Dr. BC. Dr. Bao-Chau sings to them, tell them stories, talk to them the whole time. She makes it seem easy. For me, an engineer, I asked a lot of questions, she would tell me in details. I highly recommend this dental office! Been a patient here for 10+ years already and not once have I been dissatisfied with their work. The doctors remember their patients and don't treat them as numbers. The dentists are experts in their field. Dr. Nguyen tells me exactly what is going on with my mouth. She shows me X-Rays of my teeth and explains them so I have knowledge over my oral health and proposed dental work. Dental work overall is great and I haven't felt any pain. I went in out of curiosity since the office looked like it had a recent make over. (I wasn't scheduled for an appointment or anything) and briefly talked to the staff in front and had a chance to talk to Dr. Nguyen. Everyone was kind and patient with me and answering my questions. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and fluent in English and Vietnamese so I can finally go to the same dentist as my parents and not have to translate for them. Since all of the tech is new and updated, I feel more comfortable knowing that this likely means that Dr. Nguyen is more up to date with some of the problems and techniques to make the dental experience better---hello good distractions during the drilling cleaning sound bit! It's a small office but it's nice to know she wouldn't be distracted with a backlog of patients which in past experiences with other dentists, they end up feeling rushed which is stressful for everyone involved. I'll be back for my 6 month cleaning. So should you. read more

Very recent major changes with the new replacements of the dental equipments and interior decor! Everything is all blueeee and newww! The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs- I mainly go there for the cleaning and check up, and they've got these monitor screens installed for watching shows while sitting down. Dr. Nguyen was explaining all the new dental equipments she got and it's been a lot more convenient than the old tools used before back then - I would encourage u all to go check it out , especially if u have ANY dental questions Just a trivia, but this was previously owned by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Suong, DDS until Dr. Bao-Chau Nguyen took over the business hence the name of BC Dental. read more

I've been coming in for the last year for routine cleanings and could not be happier with the level of service Dr. Nguyen and her staff provide. Dr. Nguyen is very kind, personable, and will take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The office recently got a huge remodeling which makes it look like an upscale and modern studio. The place is incredibly clean and looks like it came out of a magazine. All of the equipment looks like it got an upgrade too so that is a big plus. If you have a busy 9-5 schedule, this place is perfect as it is also open on the weekend. I've been coming in on Saturday mornings and it has been relatively empty. Of course, make an appointment ahead of time! My experience at BC Dental has been great and will definitely be coming back. Dr. Bao-Chau Le Nguyen is by far the best Dentist I have received dental care from. Her treatment went very well in both comfort and outcome. I have received several types of dental treatments from her in 2023. Teeth cleaning, tooth extraction, fillings, and tooth crowning. Every time it was a successful and pleasant experience. It was not painful at all, as one might think, and following the procedures I had no discomfort that day, or the following days. Upon arriving at the dental clinic I received a warm greeting from the admin staff, and great support an attention from the dental care technicians during my procedures. She came highly recommended by friends whom I hold in great regard. I got back to them with my gratitude. I'm Duc Vu BC Dental is so amazing. They treat the patient so nice, they have all new teeth x-ray machine hi tech, and she was very nice and do a very good job cleaning my teeth today. Both my mom and dad got their teeth done here and they ruined both of my parents teeth. Now they can't eat at all and have to go elsewhere to get their teeth done again. I've been going here ever since I was little and theres nothing bad I could say about BC Dental. Most people would be scared to go to the dentist but the staff make even a simple 6 month check up, a great experience. Even though I've had a lot of work done to my teeth, Dr.Bao-Chau and Dr. Yen have taken good care of me. Each time I need more work done to my teeth (root canals, crowns, fillings), they explain everything to me and what my best option is. It actually excites me to go because of how friendly everyone is. They remember their patients and treat them as if they are family. I had some fillings done with a highly rated upscale dental office. They messed up my fillings. I was in pain and couldn't eat or drink for a couple of months. After that, a person I know referred me to BC Dental. I was a little hesitant at first because the office is new. But, I'm glad I gave them a chance. The dentist there took her time diagnosing the problem and fixed my fillings. The pain reduced immediately right after and completely disappeared after a week or so. I'm now able to eat and drink again! read more
